If you or somebody you know has endometriosis. Please, make sure they see this video! Could very well be the most important video for someone with endometriosis.
Thank you for this Dr Victory. I spent 10 years at Create Fertility, $300K, 21 rounds including one doner egg round. I had one pregnancy with my eggs and couldn’t get pregnant again. I have a sister with stage 5 endo, low AMH and was a poor responder and severe IBS. The leading doctors there told me I don’t have endometriosis over and over again despite never testing me for it and having records indicating I likely have it (all kept from me). I went to Greece and had surgery after losing three pgt normals from my sister (donor) and got pregnant immediately,. I was still told endometriosis had nothing to do with it. There is no recourse for us in the Canadian medical system. I will be reporting the doctors to the college but I feel an immense amount of ptsd from my journey. Thank you so much for being an ethical doctor.
I’m so sorry. There is recourse in Canada: Victory Reproductive Care. We listen. We offer ALL options. I do all my own surgeries and unlike others I recommend it rather than ignore it.
@@DrVictory this is right Dr Victory. We do recommend women dealing with failures from Create go to see you. We run one of the patient groups. I wish I found you first. With a sister who had stage 5 endo (actually diagnosed stage 5), low AMH in my 30’s, poor responder, severe IBS (now solved from surgery) and infertility, I know you would have educated and gave options. Create doctors took my options away by telling me over and over I didn’t have endometriosis. Even after surgery and getting pregnant from the first transfer 5 weeks later, after 19/20 failed rounds of IVF, the doctor still said endometriosis did not play a role. To me it should be illegal to diagnose a patient without even testing them. We appreciate you and your message and truth telling so much!
Been waiting for this 👏🏾 Was told several times endo doesn’t matter🤦🏽♀️ but you’ve enlightened us so much. Thank you for your great work🙏🏾 I have never missed your live cos it has helped me understand my body better👏🏾
Super helpful. This video makes me so emotional. I was undiagnosed for 5 years, all doctors seemed to dismiss the possibility of Endo! Just had my laparoscopy! Hoping next cycle works, what is an optimal fet protocol for stage 2 endometriosis after excision?
Hey doc, love the endo content ❤.Appreciate all the hard work you put in. I was always under the impression that donor eggs could fix the endo issue but clearly it’s the endo affected endometrium as well that is contributing to failures which no doc seems to get no matter how much I try to advocate for myself. Thanks again doc. Good job Tarek on the edits 🎉
Yes it is a huge issue. It gets ignored waaaaaaay too often. Sorry. You shouldn’t have to advocate for yourself. That’s absurd. Your doctor should be listening!!!
It's an informative video, thank you! What about modified natural FET (with 7.5 mg/ day a week administration starting from cycle day 3-4th /without letrozole)? Does it make a sense by endo patients?
Receptiva was a letdown personally. It was negative for endo and this caused me to go ahead and transfer a euploid and waste it. It also caused a 1.5 year delay in me getting my endo treated with a lap excision. 😢
Can you do a video about Empty follicle syndrome? I have low amh and suspected endo. I had 6 cycles of egg retrievals. From the ultrasound, they always found 2-3 follicles at good size more than the numbers of egg collected. My fertility specialists simply said they are empty follicles but a fertility specialist I found on youtube seem to have different opinions
Is it common for people to need more than one laperoscopy in their lifetime to clear out endometriosis? Also how do you go about taking progesterone vaginally month to month with endometriosis, what day of cycle do you start it on? Is endometriosis treatable for being found in other parts of body too?
It’s fairly common. Anywhere from 30-50% need repeat surgery. Don’t know what you mean about monthly progesterone? Endo can either be treated medically or surgically anywhere in the body.
@@DrVictory thanks for your replies. For monthly progesterone it’s common for Endo people to need supplemental progesterone. Do you recommend them starting that progesterone on day 10, 12 or just anytime after confirmed ovulation/ positive LH
@DrVictory thanks alot. I did lap in december 2023, stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis then I was put on zoladex, 4 months dint get period then period induced and egg retrieval in May 2024, currently on birth control (progesterone+ 0.03mg estrogen), second retrieval in august. After that I will plan FET. Do I need to do Suppression using lupron+letrqzole or vissane only before FET? Or suppression using birth control(progesterone+0.03 mg is enough)?. I watched your video where you are not in favour of estrogen but my clinic does this birth control suppression before FET because they claim that after lap suppression has been done so no need to do it again using zoladex/lupron+letrazole or vissane.
I have stage 4 endometriosis and I take the following supplements to manage my symptoms which also help to lessen/rid my body of cysts, tumors, adhesions, fibroids and scar tissue to name a few. These supplements have worked wonders for me even better than the surgeries I've had. As soon as I awake and on an empty stomach I take the following with at least 8oz of water: - 2 capsules of high potency serrapeptase 120,000spu - 2 capsules of nattokinase 2000FUs - 6 capsules of wobenzym joint health Doctor, can you provide any feedback regarding this regime that I’ve been taking?
I have a endo cyst of 7 cm on my right ovary my age is 31 n amh is 1.6 can i naturally conceive or should i go for laproscopy or ivf ,my gynae is suggested to drain the cyst by ovum pick up needle and there is no need of laproscopy .plz suggest

Can one take vissane before FET instead if lupron for endometriosis?
@@Ray-sr3pbyes. Absolutely. There are a few studies showing a benefit. Prolly not as strong as Lupron and letrozole, but it’s a very close second.
Did you made any video for baby gender. Can we plan for baby girl or baby boy if yes how ?

I guess I’m so lucky to be treated by him for endometriosis ( laparoscopic) month ago… definitely everyone should get treated !!! Bless him 🙏🏻

Could you please share a link to the Endo Questionnaire published by Nature journal? I could not find it. Thanks

Absolutely. We help people from all across Canada and the whole world. Just contact info@drvictory.com
When are you going to have a session on block fallopian tubes ?
What would you like to know? There are only three options: surgery for tuboplasty, interventional radiology tubal recannulization, or IVF.
@@DrVictory can tubes unblock on it own, without surgery?
@@DrVictory I did a surgery for fibroid. And we don't do ivf on the island where I live which is Dominica 🇩🇲. Not sure for recannulization.
@@nadyhenry9986absolutely not. It’s impossible

So I don’t believe in empty follicles. Did they flush? We always flush and our retrieval rate is extremely high.

Sir can a endo patient can carry twins? Via ivf or they should only transfer one embryo at a time.?
It’s always safer with just one. But you can carry two. I just don’t advise.

Curious, for pain management with Endo why does Aleve seem to work when Advil or Tylenol doesn’t?
Better for inflammatory pain as it lasts longer than ibuprofen and is anti inflammatory unlike Tylenol.
Take Ketoralac kicks in fast. Order from India without prescription

Drainage of endometriomas is associated with a huge infection risk and should always be avoided. Recurrence rates are over 80%.
