I worked out my whole life and apparently I have endometriosis I take all vitamins nothing seems to work 😊 I got vissann to take I really don't want to take this 😊
what has helped me is to go to a specialised osteopath that is working internally (vaginal and anal) to loosen up the endometriotic tissue (in my case on the uterosacral ligaments). I have seldom pain right now and my period is 2-3 days (used to be 20 days).
I'm now starting with NAC in a few days under the supervision of a doctor.
