@@deltalima6703 I would think that because Calisthenics has so much more to it including bodyweight balance and mobility which is not necessarily present in bodybuilding, bodybuilders can't easily perform calisthenics.
Bodybuilders dont lift thier legs that far ever, so they cant. No muscles to do it, and huge hamstrings stopping it too. Tuck planche sucks for me, full planche is easier. Im training both though, a strict bodybuilder is years away from planche, its hard.
I did leg raises in a gym for abs when I was a strict bodybuilder, but thats the only thing thats even close. I couldnt sit with my legs straight without tipping backwards.
Andy is good. Some youtubers make hate against bodybuilders for sensational reach. But see Andy, so much positivity. He is not comparing oranges to apples and hating others.
You guys are looking amazing! Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
This is a good example to demonstrate what it is like when you train your muscles isolated. They are really strong guys with nice physic and I'm sure that they put a lot of effort, time and energy into their trainings, but the L-sit was a bit disappointing.
i think their problem with L-sit is the lacking of hamstring flexibility, if they put some time into training it then it will be so easy for them, even easier than dips imo
That's why I'm not afraid of buffed up Egoistic cvnts I see in the gym. I am an Ectomorph, introvert and skinny compared to 70%coming there.... Quite inspiring as entertaining lol I’m a calisthenics athlete myself. I’ve unlocked my straddle planche. Now I’m just trying to master it. Does straddle really help unlock back lever and 90 degree hold?
If you’ve unlocked straddle planche with good form (straight line, no pike in the hips, straight arms) and you don’t have problem with shoulder mobility I’m pretty sure backlever should be pretty easy.
Back lever requires less shoulder strength than straddle planche, but it puts much more stress on the elbow tendons, so be careful and start from an easy progression.
It's all about goals but I will still consider calisthenics athletes better cause of their control and strength at given size, body builders show how disciplined they are they both are awesome

L-sit is deceptively difficult because its specific. Most elete athletes dont train hip flexor strength, but train it for a month amd youll get the l-sit
Hi, Andry! Thanks for all your content. Im dealing with serious periostites from planche and handstand training. Do i need to take a rest from push ups, pull ups and dips too or just from the handstand and planche training?
Estuvo mal la posición de los niveles a mí parecer, porque no estamos hablando de personas que nunca hicieron actividad física, estaba clarisimo que él L-sit no iban a poder hacerlo
Sadly they have bad form especially on the muscle up where they swing to use momentum. Calisthenics is about not using momentum but pure muscle from 0-> full instantly and utilizing purely the body’s strength not relying on external things. Besides bodybuilding focuses on specific motions or muscles whereas calisthenics if done in full focuses on most if not all muscles so that your strength and flexibility is more inclusive.
some comments of this video describe those bodybuilders like they are handicapped crippled persons. But they managed to do all calistenics movements to a decent basic level. That is amazing. Get regular people with no excersice experience or people from other sports (endurance runners, swimmers, tennis players etc.) to do those movements. They will performace far worse than those "unfunctional" bodybuilders. You can't run as fast as usain bolt, as long as kipchoge and be strong as eddie hall as big as ronnie coleman to fullfill the youtube comment section standards.
There are a lot of athletes of 90+ kg BW and they can be also bodybuilders, and they do a lot of more skills harder then this,if you train,BW is not a problem! The beasts are training gym and calisthenics💪💪😌
Not to be a party pooper but to me it looked like they might actually hurt themselves pretty badly performing these advanced exercises without proper step-by-step training and progression over time. Sure, they are insanely muscular and strong, but still you need to learn the movements and adapt the nervous system. Seems to me like risking their health for a fun video.
People realizing bodybuilders are actually pretty strong even though they do not do calisthenics so, not that strong at calisthenics, but still strong.
