Andrey was very considerate, warning them not to try straight arm which is very dangerous for many bodybuilders. They did alright, its hard with all that mass. 💪👍
I currently do only gym and would switchup hybrid gym + calis after few months can u tell for doing human flag what should be core strength for that in terms of no. Of leg raises

Hey I'm wondering if you went to the gym when you were still getting strength to do all your cali skills because i want to accomplish things like planche and bent arm planche etc while also building muscle at the gym so could you share your split or how you used to workout when you went to the gym? I'm not progressing at all in calisthenics skills and my tuck planche hips never get high enough, please answer
Rest days or deloads occasionally as needed but for the most part its nonstop. Nothing amazing about that split, its just what I do at the moment. Good luck.
I would recommend to do iron cross and planche in separate day. Because during planche you get a lot tension for biceps and then during iron cross, can be danjerous @@deltalima6703

@andrystrong1 I thought it was a fair test, you gave them a good chance to succeed, and they did well. Bodybuilders do tricep pullovers regularly, and thier core is decent from deadlifts, squats, etc.. Compared to a rings gymnast though, they just dont compare. Presumably if they knew it was bad they would just say no. 💪👍

I dont go to the gym. I do mainly calisthenics. Program for different skills you can find on my website
1:Iron cross/planche, Delts, Bis, back, forearms
2:Tris, chest, abs, serratus
3:Quads, hams, calves
4:planche

@@deltalima6703 what I do is like push day, pull day, push day pull day repeat, rest on Sundays and planche training every second day
