Hi, everybody. First, I liked the video a lot. Superb! Second, the second parts is not for beginners. Full Pigeon pose (with both hands over the head) is an intermediate-to-advanced pose. Lots of my beginner clients are not able to lift their hands from the floor; just weak back. Third. People with tight hips experience difficulties with their balance when bending the back leg, so you might try using that block under the hip (or a blanket), Last. The outfit is very fancy looking and apparently unpractical, at least for yoga classes. The sequencing of the poses is excellent though.
Any tips on how to get off my crown? I can't seem to get that final push through my arms and shoulders to get my crown off the floor. Great video though!

This helped me alot beacause i did not know how to do a backbend but it helped me alot and after the video was done l just did the backbend and it was so cool

I just can't seem to get my arms to reach back for the advanced King Pigeon. I can grab my foot fine, but lifting and arching into the pose similar to scorpion just wasn't happening. Any tips for this? I assume I need more shoulder flexibility, but idk.

How do I fix my knees from hurting and when I do this I strain a lot , but I do tae-kwon-do and I do stuff like this all the time . Please respond I need help
My dance style is slow motion hip hop pop and lock applied to combat movements and angles of attack, counter attack, and multiple attacker counter attack. I don't have a name for it. However, I prefer to be kind and gentle. I strive for the highest levels of being gentle even though my life has been hard. I've hard life, I'm a hard man to love, hard to be around, and I've just learned to accept that I should avoid the public as much as possible in order to avoid misunderstandings. I cherish people with all my heart and wish others would do the same.

Well what u can do is widen out ur legs a bit then control ur falling and release it. Before u do that u have to put ur hands up showing ur palms and look up then do what I said!
Brandon Lopez Try Chaturanga(s) or triceps push-ups. The elbows should hug the waist line. Do not back bend at the waist. If full Chaturanga is difficult, don't let your pride drive you, but go on your knees. If you can do 5 to 8 of these you will be ready to support considerable part of your weight on your hands. The Chaturanga also strengthens the wrists, which (I am guessing) is where your weak spot is.
Yeah, I get to this video in my playlist every so often and tend to skip it. The outfit just doesn't seem like Courtney (it's way too suggestive, revealing, and the camera angles are unnecessary) who is more holistic and modest from what I've seen on her website. She doesn't do PsycheTruth videos anymore and I wonder if it's just a different creative direction that's the reason.

how do I prevent my hands from sliding away during the bridge to backbend? My hands keep slipping back and it's like I'm about collapse any second.
If your on hard floor you should switch to a carpet and wipe of your hands it might because they're sweaty
