Seized Stihl MS170 pt.1

This saw was seized up when it arrived. Let’s see what’s wrong. This is part 1. Let me k ow what you guys think should be the next step

I un seized a zero turn Kawi engine with tranny fluid and kerosene(70 / 30 mix ). Let it sit in there for a day then used a breaker bar and kept moving it back n forth till I got it loose.

That method works great! It amazes me that seized engines are able to bounce back as well as they do sometimes.
