I use a lot of "sponsored" YT channels for build and radio set-up but it's great to have clear set-up instructions. Although not a newbie, would prefer to set it up correctly to avoid a maiden crash.
I see "Reversing all normal" in the manual. Does this model have Reversing? It would be great for float flying, but it wasn’t mentioned in the programming video??

Can DXS transmitter be used with this plan and setup dual and expo with it ? Or do I need mimimum DX6e ?

It refers to the reversing of servo channels, not the propeller drive motors.
