@@criticallyblankhe never changed, but his style of video did. Not that it was a bad change, I just think people are happy to see some more stuff like this
I remember Sony Vegas being my first editor back in 2014ish. Crazy to see it virtually never changed between 2001 to about 2017 when I last used it. I know that the Vegas software is no longer a Sony product but I haven't really looked for it in years.
Got an exam tomorrow and ever since my bf suggested me this channel, Patter's content has been my go to before exams, really calming and hilarious at the same time
Great video! I love Vegas especially it’s older versions since it hasn’t changed much and works mostly on older operating systems. Maybe not 4.0 but y’know it’s still a great piece of software.
It absolutely slays me that Sony Vegas is almost 100% the same as this up to the latest version. It's awful, unstable, and you can never depend on it holding up once you have a big/complex project going. And I have been using it for 15 years...
To me the takeaway is that the star wars prequel trilogy effects team mustve been insanely talented if this was the technology that was available to them
Back to the ‘puter Vegas is one of my fave programs. Still could use the newer versions, but there are still much cooler programs. In a heartbeat I’d go back, but not my plan.
I currently have 6 of that style Dell Dimension. They are great systems. Actually good quality components and fully up gradable. Unlike consumer desktops now which are obsolete when new and have all soldered on parts and are powered by a laptop brick.
I literally got my first decently powered machine in 2001 as an xmas present with sonic foundry's vegas video preloaded. Would use a capture card to ingest footage off of my JVC camcorder and could only render at 320x240 lol, which actually didn't look THAT bad on a CRT TV. I would make movies with my friends whenever a written assignment came up and the teachers let us submit that as our collective work LMAO. It was THE BEST of times... truly.
Windows XP is (or at Least Was) my Perfect Windows Childhood until 2014 and Windows 7, and I Missed when Pinball 3D was my Childhood Game installed with WinXP! Vegas is also my Childhood Program since i was 16 until my Laptop died, Making YTP Garbage was my Hidden Abomination.
Peter's paint drawing skills aren't actually that bad, especially compared to whatever I can do. You got some artistic talent, I can say. Also how come every windows XP PC ever has a super noisy audio output
Probably cause its motherboard audio or something. Back in those days everyone used a soundcard to at least be able to slightly get rid of super noisy audio output and turn it into slightly less noisy audio output. Plus having EAX was pretty neat. Creative kinda sucked back then as a company and are almost irrelevant now if not for their other audio products though.
These were actually good editing tips.

All jokes aside, this shows how much work and effort video editing takes 👏 makes me appreciate creators work more
*Just make sure not to overappreciate Reaction channels for their editing work, as it's more or less all they do.*

Overall the edits hes showing here are simple, but yeah his normal videos are really well edited.

This is so good, as the current year being 2001, this is definitely a video and it was made
It’s amazing how little Sony Vegas has changed
That self-portrait was so spot on. Captured Peter's handsomeness 🥰 with a tinge of silliness 🤪
