The worst thing about bulking, is acne, my skin is so sensitive to acne, i can't drink milk, although I'm addicted to it, but i stopped, no sugar no seed oils, that's why i went on a lean bulk, still eat tons of carbs, but clean ones, even if it's processed food, i make sure there's no ingredients more than 2-4, no sugar no oils, etc.
hey man! I need help, rn my arms, and legs are skinny, and somewhat defined, my face and stomach is slightly chubby. I`m 6ft, and 160 pounds. I`ve worked out for about a year and a half now and the only difference is strength and it is barelly noticeable, idk if it`s because I get my protein and calories from more processed sources of protein, or if I`m working the same muscles too frequently. I haven`t seen much difference, and I`ve only gained 4 pounds in the last 6 months.
you probably need to eat more food if you’re struggling to gain weight. add an extra meal to your day and you’ll see a huge difference in your physique over time. good luck!
