      Doing walk outs every week is fine but it probably won’t make much of a difference as doing it once every three weeks

      you aren’t doing anything wrong, it just takes very long. VERY very long. realistically 5 months is too little to see any noticeable improvement. don’t overcomplicate things, basic common exercises can get you far sometimes even farther than complex exercises. just keep doing what you’re doing and enjoy the process bro

    for the last superset of cable pushdowns & curls, do you reduce the weight or keep it the same? whenever i do curls part i go from 10 reps on the first set to 4-5 reps on the second set with the same weight. what's a good way to know when to progressive overload?
