How to Prepare for Peak Hiring Season: January & February/New Year New Job

December is one of the worst months to get a new job because it is the month with the lowest numbers of new hires for companies! However, this doesn’t mean you can’t get a new job in December or use this time wisely to set yourself up for success for the peak hiring season: the start of the new year (January & February).
In this video I share with you a few tips to help you prepare yourself for the upcoming job search and application process. Use the slow months (like December) to get ahead of your competition and be prepared to hit the ground running once peak hiring season begins.
