I ordered my first meals last week. I got 6 meals and my concern was that they would be just a glorified Stouffers dinner. I was wrong....Mine were all delicious. These really are like eating at a nice restaurant. I also cook mine in the oven rather than the microwave, and I fully agree with you on cook time - I added about 5 minutes and it seems right. Thanks for the tip on adding water to the rice as I did notice that the longer cook time did tend to make it a bit crispy. You did a great presentation.
I had tried Hello Fresh in the past but I still had to cook and clean up. These are only a few dollars more than Hello Fresh and well worth the difference in my opinon

Great review! Most people aren’t showing the before and after when things are cooked and then rating individual meals.
I just ordered my first box and I’m happy watching this cause it’s decent sized. I kept all of mine 500 cal or under. I’m trying this to help eat healthier, I eat like crap due to limited time, a lot of grocery store frozen meals and door dash.

I appreciate how thorough this review is! I want a meal plan that is for the oven, not geared fully toward microwaving (although it’s nice to see it’s an option for bringing ti work). I watched a few other reviews and yours is the only one I found that showed the actual container coming out of the oven, so I know I won’t need to transfer to a baking dish to cook. Also great to see it plated nicely instead of just in the carton! I’d have a hard time selling my wife on a meal in a TV dinner tray… . She and I are both busy people (as is the rest of the world, I know) and based on your review, I think this meal service is exactly what we need to buy back some time in our day, without sacrificing the quality of our food. Thank you!

Great reviews….detailed, good views of the foods, and helpful tips. I especially liked that you plated them and just didn’t eat out of the container. That really sold it to me as a higher quality product than any old frozen meal. Im going to try it!

In the last month or so I've received so many meals whose seal is broken. But I love their taste and hate to abandon them. I thought about freezing them. You said in a reply freezing them didn't affect their quality. I wonder if that depends on the ingredients and how they are cooked. I also wonder if thawing them in microwave will degrade the quality because I'll sometimes forget to take them from freezer to fridge to thaw them.
I just received my first 4 meals today but haven't tried any yet. I like that you mention you added spices, butter, etc. to your taste. So many reviewers complain about bland meals apparently they don't have spices at home. These meals can't be everything to everyone and that is a good thing that you can add your own touch to them. Mine came in a cardboard box with freezer pack. So far my favorite non-meat delivery is Splendid Spoon, they have a great choice of drinks, bowls, etc. all fresh. Thanks for the video. Update: I agree that the cook times aren't correct. I did the fast cook in the microwave for the pesto chicken and when I cut into it, it was pink (good thing I'm not Chef Ramsay). I then put it in a pan and finished cooking it. This is not for me.

I don't heat it in the tray coated in chemicals even though they and government say it's safe. We sometimes hear in the news that scientists thought something was safe but now find out it's harmful.
Did you try freezing the meals and thawing them out? Did they still taste good?
I did! Yes still good! I do that when I get big orders.

My meal portions are not as large and substantial as the ones being shown and most of those are premium meals with an extra cost.
Hi Lantis! When I purchased these they weren’t extra or a premium. I haven’t ordered in a while maybe portions changed…
YOU GOT THREE ICE PACKS!?!? Lol I'm so mad at this company XD The food is amazing but in my area, where it's 115 degrees every day during the summer, they only use one ice pack for the 12 meal plan so the majority of the food would be at 70 degrees upon arrival (and that's with me immediately bringing the food inside). I told them this but somehow they don't see that one ice pack in a refrigerator bag with 12 meals in Arizona during the summer is a bad idea and refused to ship the meals with any more than one ice pack so I had to cancel.
I think I'm actually more mad because the food is good. I like everything about the company except the fact that they refuse to take the necessary steps to keep food cold during shipping. At least if the food was bad I wouldn't care because I wouldn't want to eat it anyways, but the food is really good so I want to eat it but I can't because they shipped it at 70 degrees XD

Factor has horrible customer service. I used them for almost 6 months and I hate them.
If you hadn't shown us how to remove the food from container onto plate, we would not have known how to do it. We're all about 2 years old.

Their food was extremely salty. After the first order everything went down heel. At least one meal from my 12 packets was spoiled. I cancelled my subscription after 3 weeks. They were terrible.
