Do you mean pressure as in verbal pressure such as calling you or your team noob, unskilled etc. or gameplay-wise pressure? If its the former, just mute them or close the chat altogether. If its the latter, however, it gets hard. It may give you a relief to acknowledge that you might not be as good as your opponents or admitting yourself that you're only having a bad couple of minutes and it'll be over as soon as you concentrate. Keep both your and your team's morale up; if you're soloq'ing and a teammate flames you, don't answer that with anger, but rather answer him in a kind-ish way. You can make some jokes to break the ice and calm him down, too. Although, some people aren't available to be calmed down so keep that in mind and just mute them, lol. This might not seem like much but actually doing these will increase your overall mental state, therefore your in-game performance. And you'll see you'll be getting tilted less. I hope it helps, glhf!
Step back in game, close your eyes, take a deep breath while remembering all the training you have done to be were you are now, this will give you confidence to face your enemies and make use of your skills.
