I just have to deal with 2 new players on my team and the other team keep trashtalk

Getting tilted may feel shameful afterwards, but to come to this video afterwards speaks volumes of your character. It’s okay to feel frustrated at games, but never let it become toxic.
Thanks 😅
Well thank you. That makes me feel a little better about kinda ruining my friends games when I get overly angry.
Leveling up my sense of mind while others are dropping F bombs and pissing other people off!! 💪😤
🙏
What is toxicity though? Just because I’m trying to get better doesn’t mean I will

That peolpe that only exist for tilt you always do his job good
Yeah especially when a single person kills you twice in a row.
Mute all is the solution to 90% of the tilting
Self control and patience, lots of it is the answer. Pretty difficult to master, but usually just mute them.
I feel so ashamed after watching this. I'll try my best to stop being a jerk.

How I deal with tilt is to keep calling out. Nothing worse than when your teammate gets titled and they start cluttering the coms with their complaining. I get that you just have to let it out sometimes and I’ve found it helpful to just focus on calling out when I’m upset to do so.

Verilly Harlim No such thing. Everybody had a different training routine that works best for them. Figure things out, see if they work for you. If you’re getting better when using your training routine, don’t copy anybody else’s or listen to anybody, even if they’re s1mple
@@unky5724 no you misunderstood, i mean maybe you train at specific time, is it when you're burnt out or is it when you're going offline. Etc
While gamesense is something that is trained separately, aimer7 has put out some nice guides on how to improve aim which have definitely helped me.
Depends on what you want to get better at. If aim is good, just do warm-ups and maintenance work. If you want better peeks, train pre-fires, peek movement, crosshair movement, etc...
I always try to play less competitive games so I won’t get mad so easily, but I do get bored of those and try other games sometimes. People are so incredibly mean and immature, I can’t control my anger no matter what I do.

The production quality has really been going higher by leaps and bounds on the channel! Really loving it! Keep it up!
Great video! Very helpful, It's really tough implementing this in the heat of the moment, but it's so worth it in the end, for your own well-being, and your teammates (which is probably the hardest part dealing with some players in mm, or in any competitive game).
Agreed! It's only human that sometimes we cant help but react negatively. The practice is to be able to dissolve it as soon as possible
The fact you got other pros' advice makes the video that much more meaningful, thanks for the effort!
I think becoming aware of it, and basically any emotion gives space as well as some clarity. It is also helpful to breathe consciously for a few moments to let go of any mental positions at that time.
Everyone should be required to watch this video before getting on for a gaming session until they're able to recite it by heart.
Don't be an idiot lmaoo
i hope rambo's philosophy and personal perspective in life could be a topic in the future, or just life advice. I not only need a fps coach but a life coach as well haha
The more I’ve learned about having good mindsets for the purpose of gaming, the more I’ve realized there’s a huge overlap between your balance in real life and your ability to be composed and make the best decisions in game
In other words, a lot of his perspectives are definitely applicable to real life situations as well in my opinion. These videos really are great

I hope this works. I constantly get angry no matter the game and it genuinely makes me hate myself that I haven't controlled it on a regular occasion. I'm honestly glad and surprised my friends have stuck with me after the things I've done and said over games
Hi Quincy. I'm glad you're working on it! It'll be a work in progress! First step is awareness, and catching yourself doing it so you can diffuse it asap.
You have to find the root of why you're getting angry.
It could be you're fear of being judged- looking less than. Maybe it's being too hard on yourself by expecting perfect (which is impossible since we're human). Maybe it's playing whilst in a bad mood or having stress in your life.
Learning to be easy on yourself and realizing life and video games are meant to be enjoyed. It's a playground not a dungeon :)
After losing a game I just play minecraft for 1 hour and im relaxed again and I lose again and so on
This is perhaps your most important video, and one of the most important lesson everyone should learn if they even dabble at competitive gaming.

Make sure when you are bringing up quotes, stay in either first or third person. If you start the sentence saying "When I do ___," stay with "I", instead of switching to he.
Thanks for this video, I wont stay long or say anything lengthy, but know that im grateful for this

Tilting is a common term used in the world of gaming, and it refers to a state of mental or emotional frustration or anger that can negatively affect a player's performance. If you find yourself tilting while playing a video game, there are a few things you can do to stop it:
Take a break: If you're feeling frustrated or angry, it's important to step away from the game and take a break. This will give you time to calm down and collect your thoughts.
Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings without judging them. By practicing mindfulness, you can become more aware of your emotions and better able to control them.
Identify the cause of your frustration: Is there a specific aspect of the game that's causing you to tilt? Identifying the cause of your frustration can help you address the issue and prevent it from happening again in the future.
Talk to someone: Sometimes, talking to someone about your frustration can help you gain a new perspective on the situation and find a solution to the problem. Consider reaching out to a friend or family member for support.
Overall, the key to stopping tilting in video games is to recognize the signs of frustration and take steps to address them before they negatively impact your performance
wow man, i've gained inspiration from your video, keep up the great work and the quotes at the end made it even better!
Well edited, well presented, and a beautiful overall presentation! Big step up for videos , keep it up!
I hardly get mad in FPS games, but figthing games brings the worst of me. In a 1v1 game If you lose you cant put the blame on another person, Its only your fault, and the frustration gets higher after every lost. I raged in Dragon Ball FighterZ today, and I'm not happy with It. If a game is making you to tilt, take a break. Its not worth to rage in a game. You will get angry, sad and will be bad for your health and mind.
Its also good have a game just to chill. If you are getting very mad in a FPS, Figthing Games, MOBA or whatever, take a break and play something like Stardew Valley.
Me and my friends playing in a nutshell.
Them: *doing good, fragging, getting info, etc
Me: *not fragging at all
Also me: *staying cool
Them: "wow you're so bad" "why are you not even fraggin?" "delete the game" "you're throwing"
Me: *gets tilted
idk if i should get new friends or just stop playing with them
do both tbh
"Friends". Just get rid of them

Bro thats your fault help the team donr just let them do everything
This honestly had really helped me and my anger problems in other facets of my life

I'm good at CSGO but easily getting tilted, all i got to do with this was stop playing and then i decided to play CSGO regularly (still every day) but not continuously, only 10-20 min practice and 1-2 competitive match. Thank you for this video!
Whenever I start playing I'm good and hitting my shots but after some game I start playing bad because my teammate alwAys start raging and blaming me for the loss and when I'm playing solo without talking to him I play good which means he mess up stuff everytime we play together so I should stop playing wih him and get good teammate

I needed this after breaking my controller playing fifa 22. I feel like I mainly go into a tilted state because I always use video games as a way to relax but I have a lot of anger I haven’t dealt with. So when I can enjoy something that I love it makes me mad

Wow, thank you ! Great editing by JouV
I keep coming back to this video ever since sot season 8 started
I actually screamed "YES" when I saw this video.
this is probably the best tutorial for fps games
Wow ir vid quality is going netter since you spend mor time on yt, ever since u startet with yt I thought ; " why hasnt this guy got a mil subs?"
I came here after I lost 5 games of clash royale against level 14 mega knight players in silver league and I want to react more calm. Also I realized that I react very toxic dying in Apex Legends. It is not good and I realize my mental health dropping drastically on that days. Around that my life is pretty awesome, so it has not affected me on a long term. But if things might get bad outside of it, I am worried that I am out of control and punch my monitor, desk or wall. And that is not good. It should never get that far.
I really appreciate that video and those will be my motivation to stop tilt and eventually, think of it as a learning experience and good influence on my teammates.
It also really motivates me, because I feel like people who die in video games and remain calm every time deserve a lot of respect. It could be so easy.
thank you!
My way of getting over tilt, play league for 4 years and you'll get used to it.
the editing and production on this video is so good. And the tips as well. You should always remind yourself that YOU DO HAVE THE POTENTIAL. I think thats they key to it all, to know that u can do it
Damn, willpower is a hard thing to train
I get tilted not by teammates or anyone else’s gameplay for the most part just myself because my aim is laughably bad and I’ve work hundreds of hours on it and don’t see any improvement so every fight I get pissed off because I miss every shot and if I do it it’s for extremely low damage
Try not being so hard on yourself. Even the best players in the world make mistakes

Just chill your not going pro, your just playing for fun remember?
My issue there is that I over time began to tie my fun/enjoyment with performance. If I'm playing, say, cod for example, fun and enjoyment are when I have a decent k/d. If I barely break even or god forbid go negative, I can get pretty pissed after a couple of games of that.
@@Taima Then learn the mistakes that you made and adapt to it
@@allezerestrella8928 that doesn't really help when cod is one of the most inconsistent games lol
The "problem" with learner's mentality is that you will get your satisfaction rounds later after you internalized what you needed to learn.
You won't get instantaneous gratification unlike winning the round you're already in.
glad pros have put an input on it because despite at all you need good sportsmanship, and since pros are seen and watched by millions of people when they're competing. they have to professional or at least have composure. no one likes negative energy, obviously.
