It doesnt need a theme, its the successor to the mean streak, an old wooden coaster that use to sit there, it even uses some of the remains of the mean streak.
This coaster had me laughing from my gut the whole time. It's amazing and the main thing I look forward to at cedar point!!

People always ask me what's my favorite roller coaster and I would always answer whatever my sorry ass is in as long as I'm riding one but now I have a definitive answer and I say steel Vengeance by far the best coaster ever
Don’t understand why people really get upset when your number one or top five doesn’t match theirs. Course if I told people what my number one was I’d get clowned 😅. But when I rank coasters I factor in sentimental value. So my list is going to look jacked up to most.
The Beast will always be my number one. Steel is easily top 5 at this point, however

Here is a list of parks I’ve been to, Cedar Point, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Disney World, Universal studios, and Worlds of Fun (because I live in KC). By far the best roller coaster I’ve ever ridden was steel vengeance, but then again look at the parks I’ve been to.
Ive been to busch gardens tampa, cedar point, 6 flags (mass, new jersey, lake george, and darian lakes), universal studios, sea breeze, and sea world orlando. And steel vengeance is still my favorite coaster lol

Iron Gwazi is perfect in my opinion and in most people opinions but Steve is incredible from start to finish
This is the first coaster where i realized the initial hill doesnt matter aa much as the rest of the ride once you get to a certain point.
It was also the first coaster that had me disoriented, towards the end, i couldnt tell which way was up and if i was upside down or not. An amazing feeling and why its my personal #1

Been on both Iron Gwazi and this multiple times. I fully agree that Steel Vengeance is better. IG is not as aggressive
I went on this coaster yesterday with my wife in the back row. When i say it is the scariest, it is the scariest i ever done..🤣 it made me sick after the ride😮😂 The back felt like the carts were coming off the tracks because the speed do not let up. My wife said the back feels or the ruff, 😁😂It made the Raptor feel like a kitty park ride.😂
My number 1 coaster is Magnum. The best coaster in the world is Steel Vengeance. People can have a favorite but don't deny the best.

Glad to see you agree. It amazes me when people don’t have this as #1. Rode it first year with girlfriend for the first time at night and holy shit those zero gs are insane in pitch black! You don’t know if you’re upside down or not

They tried to do this with twisted colossus out here at 6 flags magic mountain. They failed. Steel vengeance looks awesome.

Technically since Twisted came out before SteVe, SteVe accomplished what Twisted couldn't do.

I definitely think that Iron Gwazi will face the same faith as Steel Vengeance, where a lot will say it's overrated, but I think Gwazi has a more sensible reason to be overrated.
1. It's Short.
2. Bad name (Has a crocodile style trains, but a Gwazi theme.) (My opinion.)
3. Has less elements than Steel Vengeance.

Yea, but Gwazi doesn't have a mid-course break run and a terrible ending. Like what you like, but acting like those two things don't take away from the pacing of the ride is crazy.

Lack of theming? It has a whole story line and history woth Maverick. The que line might not have much to it but the story makes the coaster much better
i thought nothing could be better then this ride and then i rode gwazi and now steve feels tame so for me gwazi is 10x better as it actually feels intense
Bro what steel vengeance is way more intense iron gwazi after the zero g stall is just a bunch of turns and some weak airtime
@@ustin10 gwazi pulls more forces in more places while steel vengeance is more graceful. after that stall on gwazi there are two airtime moments that are stronger then any on steel vengeance (-1.4 on the 2nd last hill on gwazi vs -1.3 on steve) and also the pacing on gwazi is 10x better with way better elements but some people like the less crazy ride of vengeance and there is no problem with that

This is a first coaster that left me truly overwhelmed. Every single hill is a gut punch. The trains are awful though that is it’s only flaw
I never understood how people could hate the trains, yet love the trains on Skyrush...

I rode SteVe 4 times, then Iron Gwazi 8 times. Twisted Timbers over 20. Yea, Iron Gwazi is intense, that death roll at night is mind blowing but I love all the ejector yeeting that SteVe and TT does more than the intensity of IG.

I like it but for me it’s painful. Idk if it’s cause I’m short or what but my legs just bang into the leg restraints the whole time. Good coaster tho
Where, or how would they theme it? Other than what they did.... theres literally a road next to it, lake next to the road..... the queue is in the middle the other aide the ride goes by is next to the train....the most of the ride is through the structure.

For the record, definitely not uncool to call it your #1 coaster, you dont need to change what you say you like for made up cool points :) The only gatekeeping that should happen within coaster fans is, of course, on Gatekeeper herself. Steel Vengeance is an impressive coaster and I think calling it your favorite is very cool. Personally not my #1 because I have a soft spot for classics

@@ConcreteXF cedar point is a great park. Kings island is 3.5 hrs away, so if you get the platinum pass for cedar parks it’s worth making the trip imo

It’s a great coaster, but I have IG over it. SteVe kinda meanders at the end. I’m not a huge fan of all the bunny hills at the end.

Last year was my first time ever fitting the lap bar, rode it for the first time ever, love it, but okay, just not the shin guards, they are restrictive on my shins, feels like a bear trap.
It's too much going on. I hated it. Thank God I was the first train out and I didn't wait 2 hours for it. If too much herkie jerky and up and down. I like floater air and high banked turns. Maverick is my favorite there.

I was disappointed when I rode this because of how much people hype it up and I rode Iron Gwazi a month prior. Iron Gwazi just packs more of a punch in my opinion and all my rides on Steel Vengeance the mid course did kill the momentum. Still a great ride, but Maverick is my favorite in the park.
The chain lift on Steel vengeance is too loud I think it needs an rmc remake
As a 6 foot 4 inch person with long arms, I felt like if I kept my hands in the air the whole time during that ride I would have lost my arm. Thoughts?
I am also 6' 4" and have ridden this a total of 22 times, and I always ride my my arms all the way up, so I can confirm that you will be safe 😄
I find it hilarious that so many argue which RMC is the best coaster in the world, andvimbovervhearvthinking that Intamin still exists. I know Intamin has been inspired by RMC in recent years, but no one can tell me RMC hasn’t been inspired by Intamin (*cough cough El Toro).
I literally dream about riding this one day.. I just can’t wait to hop on front row and just let it give it to me 😈😈 I live in Denver so I’m used to these lame old rides at Elitch Gardens. We need more coasters here in Colorado, so boring 🙄🙄🙄🙄

@@M-NL2 Interesting, my bad. You're actually the first person I've talked to who says Steel Vengeance. I guess rides just different since Cedar Point is geographically my home park so I have 12 rides on Steel Vengeance and only 2 on Iron Gwazi and I say its way better.
