just want to say thanks for making all these helpful videos!! I learned about BS/DMD programs through your channel and now plan on attending one. I would have never stumbled upon such an opportunity if not for your advice. The goat fr 🙌
Hey Pratik, really enjoy your videos. It would be helpful if you could make separate videos as "guides" for each grade in high school. Basically more detail than your blueprint video. What's expected in each grade and what type of things you should be doing to be successful later on.
Hey Pratik, really helpful video. Now that we know how to choose the correct college, it would be awesome if you made a video on what to do once you have joined a college to ensure you get the most out of your experience career-wise.
I know a guy who got into 8 ivys and attended Harvard and another guy who got into 8 ivys and attended University of Alabama honors college. Both ended up at Columbia University Medical School. The one who attended University of Alabama with less debt.
YOOOO this video popped up on my feed at the perfect time. I'm almost done with community college and I'm currently stuck on deciding between 2 Universities.
omg I've watched your video for the first time, then put another video which you took a year ago and got shocked because of these glow ups. Not only your video's quality but also yourself. Your appearance and speech are changed to the better side. You so cool, man:))
Honestly I have two choices, full ride to a local state college with pretty good rank for pre med, or 2/3's off on Johns Hopkins. I think I'm going to choose John's Hopkins and it's like what you said, you don't grow if you don't get new experiences and I think this is the underlying factor. Thanks Pratik.
Hahahaha, I had the same problem lol, jhu or full ride to state college. I choose jhu cuase I thought that I would always think of what could have been at jhu if I went to state college but not vise versa. So I choose jhu, although I got like 2/3rd ish off so that helped I guess.
@madterchief8763 JHU is already a really good option. Additionally, you got 2/3 off the cost so I think it will be worth it. If you didn’t I would probably say the state school depending on what school it is.
Bruh I’m cooked, my reading scores are extremely good I think I got the paper invitation thingy or whatever thingy to fill to get into NJHS but anyways my math is totally cooked though I can barley do the basic 6th grade stuff ( also just cus I said I was good at reading doesn’t make me obligated to add proper grammar to this )
@@velvet3813 honest advice: all you have to do in middle school is just keep your grades up and study. if you're bad at math, WORK ON IT before you fall behind. Middle school grades do not matter, but if you're doo doo at math now and you don't work on it, in high school you're GPA will be affected by math classes.
Burning question: I usually spend my summers visiting family abroad, do colleges care that I don't spend them doing internships and stuff? how do I make it so that it looks good on applications
Thank you so much for the video! Do you do free consultations for resumes for high schoolers? Or do you still do the series where you review the resumes on youtube?
Hey Pratik, currently I am deciding between Texas A&M ($20k per year) and UIUC ($55k per year) for engineering. UIUC has a bit better opportunities for what I want to do, but I am not sure if the extra cost is worth it. What do you think is the best choice? Thank you!
I’m deciding between UCSD and UCI for CS (interested in ML & AI). UCSD seems to be a bit better academically but housing at UCI is cheaper and I think more preferable tbh
Hi. Thank you for your videos. I have a question. If you did not receive admission from any BS/MD program, would you take a 6 year BS/DO with no MCAT instead or do the traditional route?
Bro I’m from Bangladesh in my 11th grade and have one year in my hand and I want to apply for scholarships I’m harkworking but it doesn’t really matter cause I’m just not that much great and an avarage guy with finansial probelmsso how do I start? Should I score like hell in SAT and take toefl then apply for some avagrage schools? ''''I hope you reply’’’’ cause I’m like the first one thunking like that in my society...
Hey pratik, big fan here ❤❤ I just wanted to ask how you could officially inform colleges about extenuating circumstances that affected your GPA, sports and etc. During freshman year and what if they all bounced back up really high and back to normal in 10th 11th and 12th. Would this one year due to specific reasons completely destroy my chances or will colleges understand? Edit: I talked to some people and they said getting your guidance counselor to email or smth is best since it won't sound like a fake excuse.
It really depends on your ability and what are you trying to study. Princeton is regarded as one of, if not the hardest university among the Ivy League schools so you may want to take that into consideration. You should also consider cost of each school and what the specific program major is like depending on what you study.
P i need advice for a freshman in hs!! i sent you a email (more like a whole paragraph) about a week ago under the name *hannah* i believe! love the vidss! tryna get like u frrr

can you make a video on registering for classes and how everything works
Well as someone who didn't really have friends in high school, I see this as a win.
omg I've watched your video for the first time, then put another video which you took a year ago and got shocked because of these glow ups. Not only your video's quality but also yourself. Your appearance and speech are changed to the better side. You so cool, man:))

Do your best through middle school and hs try to get ahead in math and other courses and also do your best to prepare for high school

Pratik : CONTRADULATIONS, YOU ARE DONE WITH THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS PROCESS!!!!
If financially the university can’t give you more money, what do I do?
Thank you so much for the video! Do you do free consultations for resumes for high schoolers? Or do you still do the series where you review the resumes on youtube?
I’m between 3 schools. I can get into 2 of them but one of them i would need to ED to get in. It’s so annoying

Hi, I am on the fence between choosing between Yale and Princeton. I'm currently undecided. Any inputs or recommendations?

Also, I was wondering if you could make a video bout what to do if you got waitlisted... (Hence my previous comment 😭)
