I am always looking for new apps for ADHD and just ADHD apps in general. However! Sometimes it isn't always easy to find the good ones, as most of the not so good ones promote with ads.
While I was looking for app ideas for my iPad to optimise work time etc, I cam across this app called Streak!
This thing is incredible, it shows visual timers of things like, easting, writing, doing homework and just about anything task related you can think of.
This is a game changer as it also syncs with your apple watch.
Being on the autism spectrum and having ADHD I find it super hard to stay on task, and organise my tasks. But with streaks its super easy!

The only issue is it costs about $5 but it's a one off purchase. Anyway, don't just take my advice, try it for yourself!

Diagnosed with a very minor case of Asperger’s and ADHD as a kid, but I haven’t tried to treat the ADHD until recently. Parents aren’t yelling at me anymore and I can tell. I’ve already tried Ritalin and Focalin and they don’t work so I’m getting on Adderall this week. Wish me luck in finding something. I’m smart, but my life is a mess and I can’t get anything done. More than anything I just need help with executive functioning and meds don’t cover all parts of that. I might look into this app too.

I wish u all the best with ur self 🤍 U r bold to share this. I’m gone recommend 1 thing that doesn’t seem related, but if u incorporate divine music and possibly prayers, it will help retune u whenever u need. Fostering believe in ur heart will also help, i’m not saying get religious or anything, but these things helped me connect to a feeling of security within me and into myself and reduced feelings of overwhelming and cluttered mind. Like peace in the heart, peace in the mind and body kind of process. I Wish u the best

I too have Asperger's and ADHD, and my meds feel like expensive placebo
Everything feels like a mess in my life and the harder I work to fix it the more burnt out and depressed I feel

I have terrible ADHD, I need an app to remind me to take my pill and take the laundry out. I am also an aspie, one thing that i noticed by experience is that we are either clean freaks or we live in a pile of mess. Hopefully more apps are made like this.
Your comment describes my sister and mother, mothers a clean freak, can't stand mess, she has physical health issues that make cleaning difficult and painful sometimes, but she'll push through the pain to clean if she "gets a hint" that someone is "coming round" either a friend or someone else.
My sister can live in mess quite happily and actively and actually craves the messy chaos and her mind map is pretty dam good. Move one thing though, no matter how small or "insignificant, to you as you may see it" and it'll through her into a rage even Satan would struggle to vanquish haha and then there is me the combination of both of them 😅😂
