I certainly don't want it, I never wanted it. This was on the level of John Krasinski playing Reed Richards. Not bad, but not great either. Seeing someone of Tatums size trying to pull off those acrobatics was clunky AF. The only reason he even got the role in this movie was his friend Ryan Reynolds had free reign to do what he wanted. Seeing the costume we all wanted on someone that wasn't thin and lanky, with zero charm or charisma, was super uncomfortable.
We need more unknowns playing core characters, especially the X-Men

Hear me out; Ryan’s post confirms it was “Marvels sparkle circle”, so it was a sling ring portal, HOWEVER, if it was the TVA/Hunter B15, wouldn’t they us the rectangular TVA portal? I think out of all of them Wesley Snipes, and Channing Tatum are the must likely to have a movie. Or at the very least give them a tv series.
I am not opposed to Snipes returning but I wonder if he feels capable. He is pretty up there and cutting to shape for a full length action movie would be rough.

I opretty agree that the best chance of getting a Channing Tatum Gambit is in the Secret Wars movie. There really is no place for him outside of the Deadpool world without the establishment of mutants in the MCU. I can't say that I was super excited for that original Gambit movie way back when but after seeing him in Deadpool & Wolverine I think there are possibilities there. Too bad it died with the Disney buyout.

Gambit embodies everything all of us who actually grew up in the 90's when Gambit was unleashed upon the world, always wanted out of good on-screen comic book adaptations of characters. It's such a perfect representation of the character. I say let them do whatever they can with it. I'd totally watch a Gambit spinoff of the Deadpool style comedy comic book movies. I think Gambit is a great opportunity to do spin off movies from Deadpool specifically, in the spirit of Deadpool.
I have been a fan of seeing Channing play Gambit since I first heard about it Long time ago. And according to the comics version he Nailed It. Yes, we want more.

Am so glad to hear Ryan Renolds is campaigning for Chattum Tatting to be Gambit as he is Gambit! and sure will see him Secret Wars plus solo movie in Phase 7 or 8 where you could introduce the MCU younger Gambit or cement him as MCU version love either one personally

I'm going to have to say, Civil War was one of the last movies I saw with my mom when she was living. You cant compare a movie that came out this year with another from sales from a long time ago. The first captain America is one one of the best movies ever made. Henry Cavil and Chris Evans literally did the job and beyond. I admire that they did it for us, maybe you should see it that way.

Fuck that, bring back Channing for as much Gambit as possible. Shoe up in Secret Wars, do a Daredevil style series and call it a day, I need to see a lot more of that character. He was me favorite X-MEN character growing up, followed by Wolverine and Cyclops. And according to the actual Cajun people from the southern USA, Channing actually killed the accent. Especially with the French twist to it. More Gambit! More Gambit!
so heres the confusing part..... Who actually went back and got him? The TVA do not use sling rings...... That was clearly shown in the film numerous times.

@@intothezombieapocalypse can any sling ring get to the void? Or is it only the time/reality sling ring that Cassandra Nova had? If it ended up in the Deadpool universe the only telepath readily available would be Professor Xavier (J. McAvoy) as Professor Xavier (P. Steward) and Jean Grey are dead due to the events in Logan. I would take it as somewhat canon as it was on screen during the post credit scene. My best guess is that he was left there by the TVA as he had no timeline to return to, X23 would have told Deadpool and Wolverine about it and had Charles X open a portal with the ring that was left behind. Short term solution is to have Gambit in the Deadpool timeline if he’s going to make an appearance for the Secret War movie. If Marvel green lights a Gambit movie it won’t be for any time soon (2028) in which the will be pulled from there into whatever plot the stand alone movie has.
@@xx20earl03xx well heres the thing about time and reality stones.... Infinity stones only work in their own universes in which they were created. Once they leave that universe, they become useless. That was was stated in the Loki tv series in season 1. So why is it working in the Void? Time doesnt even exist in there, its a place outside of time. So none of that makes sense unless they are breaking their own rules that they set up already.

I absolutely love the X-Men from Marvel
so much so, that I have a detailed fan theory as to how the X-Men could join the Marvel Cinematic Universe:
keep First Class, Days of Future Past, Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix, Deadpool 1 & 2, New Mutants in the Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline as there is a massive gap between 1963-1995
with the Dark Phoenix cast appearing in Deadpool 1&2, these films can happen after the events of Dark Phoenix and since Essex Corps is referenced in New Mutants, this could happen in the Dark Phoenix timeline
after these events, Professor X uses Cerebro to convince the world that mutants don't exist and erase any new mutant activities from people's minds whenever one is witnessed. however the only person who knows is Nick Fury, who agrees with Professor X to keep tabs on any new mutant activity. this is also referenced in a deleted scene from Iron Man 1, when Nick mentions X-Men
the X-Men can work in secret between 1992 up until Endgame. when Tony Stark snaps his fingers, the mind stone reverses the effects of Professor X's actions. resulting in the public now remembering who the X-Men are
as for Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, Hydra's meddling with the mind stone prematurely reversed Professor X's actions, as it was mentioned that the mind stone unlocks dormant abilities already present in the brain
my theory brings the Dark Phoenix X-Men cast into the MCU, thus eliminating the need to recast the entire X-Men team. the actors are young, they've expressed interest in returning and continuing their roles. it's an option for Marvel Studios to do that
I've explained my theory to a lot of people, most of whom say it works. others say it won't work and demand i should forget everything about the Fox X-Men films and be happy with what Disney/Marvel Studios are going to do with the X-Men
I will probably receive a lot of negative feedback about my theory, nothing is set in stone, if Marvel Studios can bring back JK Simmons as J Jonah Jameson/the Sony Spider-cast, why won't they bring back the Dark Phoenix cast?
there are multiple websites that support my theory, along with the Iron Man 1 deleted post credit scene. not only that, something similar happened in the comics (Robert Reynolds/Sentry and Gabriel Summers/Vulcan)
since Days of Future Past rewrote the timeline, X-trilogy/Wolverine trilogy no longer take place as the ending to Dark Phoenix doesn't connect to the original trilogy, leaving it open for possible future sequels. as I mentioned, the Dark Phoenix cast could return and continue

The Best part about Dr Doom, is his Doom Bots. There's nothing to say that the MCU Dr Doom doesn't just steal other people's looks for his Bots, in case they're unmasked. He never takes off his Mask anyways he could literally be anyone.
