Despite Kenya having some of the most world-accomplished professionals, Ruto selected the most corrupt and incompetent, many from amongst his tribesmen. Removing the same individuals is a cruel gimmick on the suffering Kenyans. Our youth were ruthlessly mowed down by police bullets. The unbearable stench of corruption is everywhere. The level of opulence among the corrupt is amazing. His list of appointees to parastatal organisations reads like a list of athletes from the Rift region. He still believes that he owns the country and can do whatever pleases him. Who told him that sacking his cronies and sycophants can even begin to heal the injures inflicted by the killing of the innocent GenZ, massive looting, economic hardship, exorbitant school fees, broken health service and worse? He doesn't get it. He must resign immediately.
They are the same wolves in different skins! This is an opportunity for a fundamental change in Kenya. It should not be mangled.
