It brings to light another key element of communism, keeping the bourgeouis away from the grasp of power since they have been responsible for widespread corruption. UDA's philosophy will be centered on that, and it touches on the tribal nature of politics in this country. In any discussion on politics in this country regardless of the topic, it eventually gets back to tribal affiliations. If it is a particular manifesto, behind it there is a tribal leader and other tribal alliances supporting it. CT touches on the issue lightly, because it is a sensitive issue when it goes deeper. So, focusing on the cabinet and whether they are qualified is a smokescreen. The key debate should be about the communist direction President Ruto is taking and whether it will work?
