I am following all of your exercises at home, lost 4 kgs in 3 weeks along with diet. I could even plank for 15 seconds at start, Now I am doing 1 min × 3 Reps daily. Thanks for the Info

Reduce your sugar intake and decrease eating sweets. Start eating Oats for your breakfast instead of wada, bonda, poori. I prefer steel cut oats. Along with that add two boiled egg whites with it. I still eat dosa but previously I used to it 3 dosas now I eat 1 dosa and along with that 2 egg whites for breakfast. I eat chapathi, Idly, upma also for breakfast. Drink Green Tea without adding any sugar for break in morning at 11 AM or in evening break. You can also drink lime juice without sugar and add a pinch of salt to it instead of Green Tea on some days. Afternoon, I replaced white rice with brown rice and drink Apple Cider Vinegar(dilute it with water) after having a meal in aftn or just before meal. Then at night I eat roti or Chapati. For adults it is prescribed to consume 2000 calories, per a day, since we want to lose weight we need to create calorie defecit, so we need to consume food to have 1500 calories or like 1600 calories. Since I workout and do exercises at home for 1 hour, I cannot go reduce beyond 1500 calorie diet per day, as muscle gain is also important for me along with loss of fat. So I eat good protein food like Eggs and lean meats like Chichen and fish. Take a notes and open google and see how many grams of each food you like with have how many calories, by this way you can make your own diet plan which suits you, I am not a nutrition expert but by doing this I acheived some good results and know how much to eat in each meal. This is also not a very ideal diet but much better than the diet I used to eat. Now I lost 5 kgs in a 1.5 months. On way to lose 5 more kgs in upcoming months.
