    0:25 "Unfortunately, you can't target the fat on your midsection by doing ab exercises. So truly the best exercise that you can do to reduce your belly fat is the exercise of self-control when it comes to your diet and what you eat on a daily basis. However, even though your diet will always be the main determining factor for how many calories you take in, there are certain exercises that burn far more calories than others, and these exercises can be used to boost the number of calories you burn on a weekly basis, which will help you burn more fat from your whole body including the fat on your midsection."

      No such a thing as limb-targeted weighted that isn't liposuction, and even that would be a bad idea.

      @@edgarallenpoe2191 It comes with the desire to change and improve yourself, and acting on it.

    I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide to do it. So I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on dietarizee, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff. I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!!

      I'm 6ft 300lbs all belly and I can't walk long distances because my lower left side of my back gets so painful i have to sit. I also struggle with asthma. I have changed my diet and lost 20 lbs in 2 mos just off that alone. I need to find another exercise that will allow my back to work out whatever kink it has (I truly believe its just the weight) and also allow my asthma to heal. I have medication for that and the Dr
      says it will heal. But walking is too much for me right now. Any other suggestions? I'm at a high risk of heart attack right now with my high blood pressure. I'm only 43 no drugs or alcohol. I need to fix this and also my budget doesn't allow anything extra as it is.

He'd hook electrodes up to his legs and, having me "spot" him by standing behind him, he'd use a walker to walk the halls of our apartment building. I don't think many paras have used it; he even got in the local paper for "stepping" to get his high school diploma.

    I have lost over 60lbs in last year. If you want to lose fat you need to train hard and eat clean. This is my story, the things started to change after I got diet from Nextlevel diet. It was plain simple and pretty easy to follow... Training was something like home workout (three times per week). I lost 11lbs of fat in first month already... This may be the best stuff on internet right now... You also have some other online diet helpers, but believe me personal trainers are too much expensive.

    All I did was a complete 180 on my diet. One day I was eating bad food. The next I dropped literally EVERYTHING I was eating and haven't looked back since. Doing just that lost me 30 pounds. No extra work. Now I'm skinny and do pushups at most and really don't even have to do that. It's amazing what just changing your diet can do. It's only hard if you're not ready for change. Once you hit that wall, and decide enough is enough, it's easy. The only hard part was the massive headaches I had as my body adjusted. But I'd take a week of headaches over a lifetime of being even 30 pounds overweight.

      i know u said this 6 momths ago but what kind of meals did u have to be healthy

    • @ModeSOLOgaming
      @ModeSOLOgaming 2 года назад

      @@fl0pZ3 I'm not gonna go into a lot of detail on specific meals, but a good rule to follow is the more color the better. Lots of fruits and veggies. Then there's Whole grains, oats, ect. Finding meals is easy, but finding something that can be a constant is a little more tricky. Like shiritaki noodles. They're good, but can get tiresome after awhile if you don't keep expanding recipes. I limit myself on meats as well, so chicken and fish, and there's tons you can do with those.
      Now going back to my original comment, the 180 part can be tricky. So my advice has changed. And that is to take everything in moderation, EVEN moderation. I have my cheat meals, but it's important to not fall into old habits. That's the biggest hurdle to jump. But I'm still keeping it up, and you can too.

      Let’s be real, eating salmon, chicken and broccoli sucks. Idc how much of a good cook people like to think they are. Know what’s awesome? Lasagna. Lasagna is awesome. So is whiskey. But yes looking sexy af with your clothes off and feeling good about yourself is more important. People can preach about health but they can spare me. The real reason is people don’t want to look like a fat piece of crap. In any case, get to your desired goal and once you do - go back to Maintenance and eat whatever tf fuck you want, lift heavy and stay within macros. Life is too short to spend it depriving yourself of pleasures

    What I've learned about decades of managing belly fat... exercise is great but it's only 20% of the battle. It's more important to reduce food intake and do it seriously including by transitioning into the habit of intermittent fasting. I've NEVER been successful at re-introducing my abs without the help of intermittent fasting. Fasted workouts are GOLD!

    The best exercise I've ever done to strengthen core that I discovered completely by accident. Was while doing a demo job I was breaking 1/4" wood panels 4x8. Flexing them till they broke I had to roll out of bed the next morning totally destroyed my abs. So depending on your space mess around with size and thickness. Take a section of plywood (1/4, 3/8, 1/2 depending on strength) take the plywood and cut a section 4' x 2' off a 4x8 sheet and simply flex it trying to break it. This is literally the definition of work out you are performing work trying to complete a task.

Workout number 3 looks like it would put me in the hospital. There has gotta be a way to warm ourselves up for a few months before we start really trying to hurt ourselves. If we start working out like that right away we would probably quit in 2 or 3 days. Again much respect to your skill and knowledge.

      Facts.... where ever you gain fat first will be the last place you lose it...the best way to lose fat their is your diet....the other way he describes is working your ab muscles is just increasing the size of your muscles in that region not burning the fat in that area. So as a result the fat in that area is rearranged but it is still there. The muscle is just bigger.
