The music, the narration, the quality of animation for the story being told...yeah, I can see why chills would be a thing to gain from a story told of this caliber.
It's the way it switches between the story teller, reminding us that this is considered an ancient epic tale, and Zhongli himself, recounting it as a personal memory or story. It reminds us that this character is incredibly ancient, and immensely powerful, not just the super handsome and beloved Geo Daddy friend we usually see him as. Like obvi he's both, but still.
Bruh Azdaha is said to be on morax level. I don't think dvalin can defeat Azdaha and btw I don't think they even fought them during archon wars. As they were busy defeating other gods
How can Mihoyo tops this one. The animation, the music, the narration and more importantly the story. So grand and majestic not to mention wholesome as well! Definitely my favorite I've ever seen on Genshin Impact. Good job Mihoyo.
I would give anything to experience this for the first time again. I've never felt the way I did during a cut scene of any game I've ever played. I had chills and goosebumps and I started tearing up. I felt so many feelings at once watching this scene. The way they paired the music, with both zhongli and the storyteller's voices was wonderful. I still get chills when he says the "and a living breathing dragon soared into the clouds" its amazing. I don't think mihoyo will ever be able to top this scene. It was so beautifully done.

Man, the storyteller KILLED the narration. He sounds like he's been there when the events happened and remember it like it's yesterday.
