Thank you for this video. The instructions in your website are missing the part that you need to unzip the downloaded file to extract the binary file which is the one you want to copy to the microSD card.
I was all good till we got to the ctrl+ stuff, to fast on guiding into the sd card part? I can’t get it to format and awful on that part to guide for me. Not sure what I’m going to do at this point.
My camera was working perfectly until they released a new firmware and the camera stopped working. Now I have a useless camera because the firmware is not working properly so my camera won't work. It is a waste of money since it wasn't an issue caused by me or any electronic malfunction. I purchased 2 cameras from this brand but honestly do not waste your money if they will have your camera stop working after a few years because of a firmware update.

I agree. If you’re not an IT genius, you’ll have no chance getting it to work. Download is easy but unzipping and trying to save to SD is impossible
Camera doesn’t show live record anymore. Even with latest firmware.
