Why would he think cameras do not exist? I've been a metro cop for 34 years, every time you stop a state or county peace officer for DUI in Texas, they feel entitled to be cut loose. I've dealt with 6 Texas Rangers in my career, and the ignorance & backward mindset is phenomenal, not to mention the stolen valor these new Texas Rangers capitalize on, they weren't even born when these "ONE RIOT ONE RANGER" fellas existed. This is a lesson on grandstanding, may be all LEO will observe the corruption, and not use your official position for personal gain , or engage in official oppression.

That’s why the general population call out the “bullying” or arrogant nature of the corrupt individuals. It’s the leading trait that cause most people to come down on them......arrogance is opposite of humility. Humility propagates mercy. And you can not have true justice that imposes punishment unless it is tempered with mercy along with the punishment.
