I made this today and my mom and bro loved it and I'm so happy because my mom used to work in Maharashtra b4 marriage and her favourite dish was Vada pav from Mumbai gymkhana and she complemented me by saying that this exactly tastes like that "waaah puraani yaadh aagayi"♥️❤️💯

Amazing!! I got tempted after watching #BBOTT contestants making vada pav and looked for a recipe. This was so easy. I didn’t have dhaniya and used green dhaniya chutney instead. They turned out so delicious! I am having them with tamarind and coriander chutney between a bun. Yumm!!

When you crushed garlic, crush kadhi patta and little bit coriander leaves with it, then shallow fry the mixture in oil before adding oil, it will enhance flavour a lot.
