I explore the various abandoned and decrepit buildings and locations that pepper the world. These places are remnants of the past, and I enjoy documenting them for all to see before they succumb to man or Mother Nature. Join me as I enter the belly of the beast and show you what these abandoned buildings have to offer on the inside. Happy Hunting and I wish everyone safe explorations :)
NEVER VANDALIZE, NEVER STEAL, NEVER BREAK IN.
Wild. I live in Eastern PA.
The big fans is the Evac system to push out the exhaust fumes and smog and circulates fresh air in the tunnel so you that you don't die if you got your car windows rolled down
You were giving me heart palpitations when filming while biking riding!!! Aww! I wanted to see the second tunnel!
PS-I came and went to Galena-today! It’s gorgeous. Unfortunately, the weather was rain all day. But made the best of it!
Haha, it was a bit scary for sure 😝 Isn't Galena great? Thanks for watching!
I have a video on my channel of all 5 of my trips there. I've only ever been to the Sideling hill tunnel since I hike it,
i like your video and bring a flash light with you
Watching this video because I am planning on going there later on today from Frederick, Maryland
You can see all the way through Rays Hill tunnel. Sideling Hill tunnel has a crown in the middle.
Awww man I have been wanting to go there and do and no one to go with so I guess this will have to much lov bro
Glad you enjoyed, man! Thanks for watching
@@lordexplores your welcome and since your in Pennsylvania you should make stop in beaver county aliquippa there's a A lot of Abandoned buildings in downtown aliquippa
Anyone else get nervous each time they got near a hole in the ground above the first tunnel or when they were walking along the edge by the exhaust fans and thinking "PLEASE don't slip and fall down"?
I've driven on the PA Turnpike countless times between Chicago and DC, and never knew about these old tunnels. Really cool video as always! This must be Ray's Hill Tunnel, based on the photo on "Fast Facts About Ray's Hill Tunnel" webpage. Interesting that after being closed, it was still lit and guarded until 1973, and then was boarded up. Then in 1988 it was re-opened for biking and walking... even though it's pitch dark inside! You are right about the exhaust fans... they are only at one end, unlike the other tunnels. Hard to believe they are still there. Keep up the awesome work, man!
My typical gear for the Abandoned Pa Turnpike is my DSLR and my 18-55mm kit lens and my Zoom lens. also my 70watt 96 LED Video light. Also my Canon Vixua R300 camcorder. Camcorder sucks in the tunnels even with the video light. But my Canon T3i did well with it's higher iso for video in Sideling Hill.
Never knew about this. Pretty neat
Thats super cool
I went there a couple weeks ago ! super cool
This is amazing! I would so love to do this. Thanks for this!
Thank you for watching!
Very cool! I enjoyed it immensely!
Great video guys. I love going there a lot. Have been there 5 times myself. I only live 1.5 hours away.
Great video Lord! I didn't think the tunnel was going to be that long. Echo echo! 😂 Peace man.
Man am I late to this video lol - Great job guys!
Wow! I bet the trip was pretty rewarding
It was very fun! Thanks for watching

Hey no problem! I love your videos and will continue to support you in the future! Have an awesome day! 🤗
I just went there earlier today
I have a video of us taking an ATV on it! Love this place man! Nice video 🤘🏼
Very cool tunnels, it’s amazing how long the stretch of road is that they left to decay, definitely a great spot for a bike ride.
It truly was :D
I live about an hour from there and am always looking for rail/trails to cycle on. Some of the scenes from the Viggo Mortensen movie, The Road were filmed here.
Early squad!
I think there was a solid 7 pixels in that tunnel clip, maybe 8 if I'm lucky.
12:00 right now for me it's 11:40
Hi big fan
I’m in pa
Oh shit your in my hometown
Very cool. I’m supposed to be heading this way within the next few weeks and this is a spot I was considering checking out. Would you recommend taking a bike for quicker ground coverage?
Definitely. It's a 13 mile stretch of highway. The first tunnel is a mile and a half from the start, and the second tunnel is 6 miles away. Took a while even on bikes
LordExplores wow good to know. Thanks for replying! I’m gonna have to look into that for sure.
could you please let me know how to get there and where it is, i live near hershey and i want to go there
I’ve pissed off the right side of that bridge before lol. A car came after I finished lol
Bet you those fans would work til this day if they maintained them. Cant beat good ole ww2 engineering.
where on the PATP is that? Mile marker or town?
I was late
