Nice work. I picked up about 5 of these plastic-handled screw driver multi-heads from Harbor Freight a few years back for about $1.50 each. They make great little gifts with spiffy new handles.
I've only used it once on these handles. Just the stuff I applied makes it super smooth to the touch with a matte finish. I didn't try buffing it or anything yet.
Good to see you keeping Harry happy...
I love them, Rob. Simple and much more attractive. Clearly Harry’s a fan, so that’s good enough for me 😃
They look much better with wood handles Robert.
Harry is pretty witty. The guy on the lathe is talented: what a team!
Great video
Good ideal Robert nice wood
Nicely done. They really do look better
Those look great. Nice work Hodge. Definitely prefer the wooden handles to the plastic ones.
Thanks John!
Nice, Robert. Classiest screwdrivers around. Just keep them away from Harry.

Very nice. A great way to turn something cheap into something beautiful. Great job 👍.
Thanks for sharing.
Great improvement. Well done.
Nice job, Robert. I agree, they look so much better than those plastic handles.
I put mine in a plastic zip bag and smashed carefully with a hammer. Less mess to clean up.
I'm going with great minds think alike.
I made a range for smaller drivers just last week.
Great job. As always.

Dude! Awesome idea!
Great turning, man!
Those look great!
Good work on the new handles.
Great idea and a good result
such a simple idea but I have never seen anyone do it before. Great video Robert and harry
Good job 👍
I have several old screwdrivers that I could do this with too.
Those look fantastic! I managed similar, but used a DeWalt 1/4" hex bit holder so you can use standard bits. Yours is a great way to up-cycle!
Really nice! How do you like the Odies Oil? I'm contemplating a purchase but it's not cheap - is it worth the money?
I've only used it once on these handles. Just the stuff I applied makes it super smooth to the touch with a matte finish. I didn't try buffing it or anything yet.
@@HodgePodgeWoodWorks thanks men - I think I'll take the plunge and get some as a special treat to myself!

Been meaning to ask for a while, is Harry a naturally short haired beaver?
Michael, I wish that were the case. Harry has quite the regiment of beaver-scaping his fur. Such a pain as he always clogs the shower drain.
@@HodgePodgeWoodWorks better that than being a long haired unkempt beaver.
