Surely! I was going to do this on the second....but then, the ice hit our town. My water was frozen for three days, and then the water main blew! It's been an experience around here. Thanks for the mention!
I can only imagine! Is it all thawed out now? Our hot water heater went out, my husband's car wouldn't start for two days (the battery was near dead), the rear view mirror fell off in Lola's car, and our eldest bunny is having a health crisis. I think it's all related to this extreme cold weather we are having! But, we are thankful for all the things that aren't falling apart right now. Lola and I took turns helping heat up water so we could wash our hair tonight. I will be glad when this big cold spell passes through in the next few days. ~ Sunny
Ouch! Been there, done that! Why do water heaters always go out in January? Yeah, the water's fine now and I have a brand new water meter. The main break blew the old one out of the pipe. Ummm, is the water heater leaking? If it isn't, then you can get new elements to replace the burned out ones. about $50 to fix compared to 300 for a new tank. Plus installation! That rear view mirror just needs a specialty glue that they sell at the parts store. You can do it yourself, one of those stick and hold type of things. It doesn't rain but what it pours, right? Just makes you thankful for the good things! Prayers for your rabbit. My dogs are having fun sleeping under the covers and Mom isn't fussing about it! The bigger one is mad because he has to wear a sweater, but he'll get over it. Hugs, Dodi
