I am also running an LQ4 6.0 with a TBSS intake and 4L80e. I was not able to get the engine to run well (or even much at all) with electronic MAP sensor (using the adaptor) but when I unplugged it an used the vacuum line that goes to the Holley ecu it seemed to work much better. Also, I had to increase the pedal to TB percentage on the idle range and lean out the AFR. It’s a learning process for me but at least it’s idling well with those changes.
Hey great work! I have a 2007 truck lq4 24x (i think), I get confused on the Holley website on how to choose which Holley terminator x max to get. I’m doing a tr6060, uscar injectors, and dbw. Every time I try to filter it, I can’t seem to find what I need. Should I get the Holley from Jeggs or somewhere else instead of straight from Holley?
Why use that intake thks did you have a oxygen sensor plugged in! I have a lq9 thats why asked about the intake manifold my trans is a t400 with gear vender I like the holley kit your using
If I got the terminator x max ls1 24x (550-919) am I restricted ls1 motors or am I able to go any 5.3 4.8 6.0 with the system ? Got it for a steal on market place lol thanks in advance haven’t gotten a clear answer
It will work with any 24 tooth engine 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0 the only difference is going to be injector harness. The injector harness is a sub harness and is changeable if you need a different one.
Holley makes one or a lot of older GM 's used it also. try a 1998 S10 4 cylinder. You can just drill a hole in your intake tube before the throttle body and pop it in.
@@slow_restoration I have a ls6.0 from a 02 3500 and it has 16 Injectors .... I've already got different fuel rails and injectors but it still bothers me
Great video man! I'm actually doing the exact same thing in my garage with a 6.0 ls with Terminator X on my run stand!
Nice!! It's easy to do.

Wiring is my nightmare I just don't get it that's why I'm glad guys like you are around

This intake adds power everywhere for cheap. yes, this has a oxygen sensor in the header. Thanks
@@slow_restoration thks
How did you connect fuel pump ? Just with the green wire??

I'm thinking about running the LQ4 6.0 I'm my 70 monte carlo. That harness makes it look so easy!
It's a nice system.
Man this sounds so good!! Great stuff!!
Thanks for watching!
That was awesome!
Great video, thanks! Im getting ready to do the same on my LQ4 swap in my 79 Trans am
Sweet! They are hard to beat for the price!
How long did you wait for it to come in
A long time! I think they finally have most kits in stock or close to it now though.
I waited almost 5 months for term x just got it in about ready to dive into it
Sorry but I am wanted to know what did you do for the customer like what is your services
Great video
You make my fear of wiring so much better. Now to set it up in the ecu to run the fuel pump, fan and transbrake IO's
What trans did you run?
A 4l80E went behind this one.
So the MAT sensor plug is not needed?
Yes, it is. I added one after this.
@@slow_restoration I have a 5.3l (LM7) with a stock intake, any idea what MAT sensor I need and where to install it? Thanks.

Nice job
Thanks!
Seems like a pretty easy system to work with! Motor sounds great!
What about the other 8 injectors what do you do with them
It's a V8 it only has 8 injectors, not sure what you are asking.

What exact headers are those?
Not sure on the brand, but 5th gen Camaro headers.
