I just stumbled upon your video while trying to find extra info on building my own amp stand/shelf. Great work my friend. Definitely stealing some ideas from ya.
every project video you upload need to start with the amount of screws used, to see if it even affordable :p. but really great job and great workmanship =] love your work/videos
Excellent work! Although I know that black is the right color for studio shelves, it feels odd to apply it over oak - they would look great with oil or varnish finish, but then, not adequate for a studio :-)
Well it took a while to figure this out, because I am no Sherlock, but I guess your name must be "BRAD." Correct? "Me nails?" I thought that was some new kind of nail I had never seen before, Then you said "Me point bit" and Dawn Broke over Marble Head.
Fricking good project using fricking neat tools that work fricking well :)
Get the frick outa here :o
@@DIYBuilds Frick you, buddy!
:D
Wonderful project, nice to see one of your boys taking part building this with you.
Great build. I love Glenn’s channel. Cool seeing two completely different RUclips channels I follow work together.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one using a me point bit.
Good video. The craftsmanship I'm watching helps me in any future woodworking cabinets in audio equipment. 👍
Hey, I just want to thank you for reminding me that I can accomplish decent looking projects without a Saw Stop or festool tools! Cheers man!
Very nice build & I'm sure that Glenn will have those pieces for a very long time.......👍
Welcome back! Great build ! Hope you all are doing well!
First time that “angry customer” didn’t yell in a video 😂😂

Man I need an amp rack. Trying to get ideas but unfortunately I'm a much better musician than I am a wood worker so I'm trying to go simple!
How about a Fricking good update on the Fricking CNC machine
So fricking far so fricking good.
@@DIYBuilds thanks have a fricking good Day
Wonder how many fasteners will be used on this one? 😉
When will your next viewers comments be released?
I need material.... Go say stupid things on my other videos lol.
Haven't made the cnc yet.. because of lacking the space for it unfortunately

Personally i love the look of oak with the black because of how much the grain still shows through.
@@DIYBuilds Yes, probably it looks much better in real life than on camera :-)
New subscriber and love you channel and builds. What type HVLP sprayer do you use? Having trouble finding something that’ll handle poly.
Wagner. Was about $130
Is it still possible to get one of these shelves made? I’d download the plans and try it but I don’t have the tools or access to them
Very nice. Glen looks like he's lost weight since the last time I watched him.
Yep, he sure looks thinner ha ha ha
Need a Hammer or a Hamer?
is 200 pounds of amps a small fortune?
Curious about why plywood instead of solid hardwood panels?
Cost and stability.
Nice design but who's got all of this gear at home?
I do?
How's the DIN rail holding up? Any guess on how many hours you have on it?
Probably 30 hours. So far so good.
As a fellow Canadian, where have you been getting your lumber from? Are the prices also up thereor getting more reasonable?
Construction lumber is up but vaneer plywood has always been expensive.
Why working with full sheets of plywood, the minimum safety requirements for footwear is crocs. 🤣 Great Project!
