The layout is greater. It does look a little narrow in the livingroom which makes it awkward for traffic flow and the kitchen cabinets that are installed look cheap. The white ones look a little better. The tile work in the bathroom is lovely. The tray ceilings are a nice touch. The recessed lights in the principal bedroom is a place for lizards to hide. That is a no for me. Pretty feature but I would not be able to sleep for staring at the ceiling waiting for one to pop out! The shower in the principal bathroom could be larger. My husband is 6 ‘5 and he would struggle in there.

Good tour toni, one correction though, it's not a split level, a split level at entry level gives you the option to go either upstairs or downstairs, if it had a basement then it would be a split level house.

Developers have stopped building for local Jamaicans... And as a result it forces the cost of housing to go higher and higher, therefore, the already small market for locals is getting smaller and smaller...
hoping the NHT and HAJ will fill the gap in the local market.
@@RelaxedToni lol you know NHT technically don't really build houses...they either contract developers or buy people's projects and sell it, so they can't really dictate the selling price then there is the treacherous points system... HAJ, Wihcon and Gore are the only ones I think trying to fill the gap but they don't build as often

This property isn’t what is presented in this video. The work done is shabby and not built to specifications based on governances and the building plans. Stairs are uneven and step height and width varies which makes it unsafe. No rails on lower level. Bathroom tiling is shabby, shower doors are not installed properly so water runs out into the bathroom and adjoining bedroom. Shower frames are rusted. You have to turn to the side to sit on the toilet in the 1/2 bathroom. Bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet installed poorly: the cabinet is so low that the faucet lever touches it when you turn on the faucet. Light switches are in odd places, for example, outside of a room. Exterior doors are not the doors advertised in their first ad. Cracked and scratched tiles throughout plus grouting job must have been done by a child. Missing manholes which causes sewage smell coming into the house and house has to be snaked/rod out. Plan has 5 manholes and only 2 were built. Windows poorly installed and not sealed to prevent water and insects from coming in. Shabby paint job throughout. Contractor is rude and entitled and treats owners as though you begged for the house vs purchasing it so you get what you get mentality. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

You should be telling the 98% Jamaicans who lived on the island that those houses are not for them it is for people who have worked hard and save their money in countries like the United States what job the little man in Jamaica going to do to afford a 45, million dollars house ? you not helping the people who are living and working in Jamaica period

What I don't understand those in foreign who left jamaica, you hear them cursing the country and telling us they ain't coming back, them all migrating yet st the same time it's them pushing up the property prices.
