Pyramid Point housing development is 10 minutes away from the town of Ocho Rios and is next door to the tranquil rainforest, Fern Gully. Phase 1 is sold out, phase 2 is now on sale.
The Pyramid Point housing development has two housing options:

Not bad for the price considering the market
Decent video.. You misspoke on a few of the rooms but I guess just a touch of nervousness... Overall the development is nice enough.. The finishes are decent.. The open concept living and dinning are nice.. The laundry room is also nice.. The bedrooms are reasonably sized and the walk in closet is a nice touch... The 3brd 3 bathroom unit has the nicest finishes

Loved these units and the area and wanted a unit there but found out that no ocean view units left so that was a deal breaker for me

How can u explain to me. The same style home with 1600 Sq ft being sold in Santo Domingo for 180,000 USD ,also to note the interior finish are ultra modern...

Is there space for a dishwasher? These houses are among the best that I have seen. My only problem with some of the houses is the narrow living and dining rooms. Years ago when I visited, I was planning to buy a house but the living, dining and kitchen were so small that I changed my mind. Thanks for the video.

So it cost 2000$ for the ac there was something u said in the video can’t remember but this is a very interesting sweet place to safe for a family
$200,000 Ja so roughly $1333 USD to outfit the house with a/c.
For the price, this house puts other similarly priced houses in the area to shame. Do they still have units for sale?

ive subscribed. For the price i have not seen anything unique about the pryamid. The furniture are not too hot, look at those orange colour chairs in the bedrooms, the staging needs nuff improvemnt. I wouldn't buy those even if the price was much lesser

Do you buy a house with furniture in a development? I don't think so. Everybidy will eventually decorate their home to suit themselves. The focus would be on the house not the staging.

The cost is more so because of the location and the amenities provided in the community.

The price is just not worth it. These developers are coming with something new design wise and think it makes sense to overpriced it.

This is absolute garbage and all the other jamaican House tours I've seen thus far, not sure what this means.. I'm hoping it doesn't mean that all our interior designers or developers are lacking in taste, class or contemporary innovative ideas, all these properties look like we're still stuck in the 90s ..i live in the Uk and I've been struggling with buying a property out there its become more apparent that i have to build from the foundation up
