Responding from New Jersey. Don't worry about the roads. I saw worse than that a few years ago in a new development. When I went back about three years later, I didn't know I was at the same place. The roads were better than the one where I live in NJ.

As it relates to size, properties tend to appear smaller without furniture actually. That's just how the human brain works. That being said, the units are relatively spacious and are comparable in size to units in other developments both in and out of parish.

This developer is a thief, $38million no space at all. The rooms are small no walking closet for the master bedroom. It has no space at all.

I have travelled these roads myriad of times, they are not bad. The road leading up to the gates was recently paved. Its a nice pleasant ride!
