    Nice but i would love a soaking tub with a bay style window with a bigger patio leading from the bedroom.. plus the walk in closet need and island with extra storage and more handing space and storage racks or box for shoe and purse..js ..

      The yard space will vary from unit to unit. Typically each house has approximately 15-20 feet of space at the front and back

    That counter top in the two bedroom house is not quartz. Looks more like granite.

    This developer is a thief, $38million no space at all. The rooms are small no walking closet for the master bedroom. It has no space at all.

      3 Bedrooms 3.5 Baths is 1,800 SqFt and the 2 Bed 2 Bath is 1,100 SqFt. Given the current market value of similar developments along the Island's North Coast, this asking price is relatively good. It's location, location, location! Lol

      The section of road from the development to the main road has been resurfaced. That's a step in the right direction.

      Responding from New Jersey. Don't worry about the roads. I saw worse than that a few years ago in a new development. When I went back about three years later, I didn't know I was at the same place. The roads were better than the one where I live in NJ.

      I have travelled these roads myriad of times, they are not bad. The road leading up to the gates was recently paved. Its a nice pleasant ride!

      Hi Tina, i understand your concern, however, based on the current market value of houses in similar gated Communities in St Ann, these units are actually below market value, so the price is relatively good 👍🏾

    Francois. Its not spacious, its empty. Once furnishers are in, occupants will have to walk side ways while inside. Plus, the bathroom is not ensuite its outside of the room. The 2 property, is abit better.

      Hi Janeel. Thank you for meticulously scrutinizing the units, however, I'm afraid you may have missed some of the details. The 2/2 has 1 bathroom en-suite, the other bathroom is open to the rest of the house. The 3/3.5 has en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms with a powder room or half bath under the stair case. As it relates to size, properties tend to appear smaller without furniture actually. That's just how the human brain works. That being said, the units are relatively spacious and are comparable in size to units in other developments both in and out of parish.

    27 n 38 nuh wonder so much youths going into scamming because a regular job will never be able to buy these homes unless they are in middle to top management or they live oversees. Local young people will never afford these.

      I was there last month in May actually in the process of buying a house there just pay my 10% down. And yes there is going to be a gym, two pools and also a mini mart supermarket. I hope this answers your questions.

      For the price? Prime real estate goes with prime location hence the price… anyone live in the USA look at the houses here make out of board and Sheetrock and check the price… u can’t even get a 3 bedroom house in the USA for $241,000 the same as these houses made of steel and concrete… it’s interesting how Jamaican like to bash their own country… look at other housing developments around Jamaica and see the prices… there are various prices of homes there $16-19 mill if people can’t afford the $27-51mill… so people work with their budget
      When a developer construct a home it’s standard you can pay extra for what u need … the luxury homes in jam start at $60 million so I get what u pay for.. I am not a spoke person for this developer but have been doing real estate for a while… so peeps research and buy anything u want once u have your 💵💵💵💵💵

    What does "gated" mean from the developers perspective?? Tired of the term as used in many of the so called developments in ja..where all it means is someone manning the gates ( unarmed) who lets their friends in 😳.

      As it relates to having an armed guard at the gate, that's a matter for the Home Owners Association to implement and manage. Gated as you have alluded to, simply means that there is adequate perimeter fencing and a guard at the gate to admit residents and their guests/visitors.

    CompAre these to the million dollar homes in boring flagstaff, Arizona and equally as boring anywhere, Colorado. These homes in warm, sunny Saint Ann, Jamaica have small, dinky kitchens, little character, no backsplash, etc, etc, etc. Very underwhelming. Oh. And the staircase in one’s face at the front door. Distasteful.
