This house has alot of thought into it. Being there for myself i can tell you, the house is very very very spacious and not cramped up like alot of the other Airbnb that is around the area. Its like a home away from home.. I recomend this place 100%

Wow!!!! One of the nicest and most luxurious homes I have ever seen on RUclips ( Jamaica) for Airbnb.
I have to book for my upcoming trip in August. It’s in the perfect location with everything I need. And the price is extremely reasonable. This will certainly be taking the market by storm and go very fast.
Be real. You must not be a seasoned Airbnb user. All inclusive hotels charging the same price per night and it includes food, entertainment, security and airport transfered. This is not offering any food or entertainment. Not a good value.
From what I see this Airbnb is charging just over 230 a night for a family or group of six. That’s 38 dollars a person. That’s excellent value for all that you will get in my book, clean , safe , modern and aesthetically pleasing. The average price for an all inclusive will be 150-500 PER PERSON ( very few go to an all inclusive by themselves ). So ur looking at 900-3000 PER NIGHT for the same group. Hardly in the same price range. Excellent value for an Airbnb and within or below the price range for the area.
@@eileenwatt8283I spent 6 days at Sandals with my of four family last year. I don’t remember exactly how much I spent. But I know it was around 1500+ a night. I’m not spending that kind of money again.
If I spent 250 a night here that would be 1500 for the entire 6 nights. Vs around 9000 I spent last year. That’s 7500 I would have saved.
I am sure even if spent half that of 3750 that’s more than enough in Jamaica to spend on food and entertainment for 6 days.
So I could have easily saved 3750. People keep forgetting all inclusive is per person and there is often times a lot of hidden fees. I can tell you from experience.
and you must be a rare hotel guest. When hotels advertise at 250night you should know that with all the added fees at the end of your stay you may pay $500 per night. @@eileenwatt8283

The house is beautiful but overdone for an Airbnb. It would best rented long term as "furnished home". An Airbnb guests aren't interested in most of the aesthetics. Simple, clean and safe is better. We are in Ochie Rios Jamaica where there are things to do outside of the accommodation. Guests will be out exploring. They just need an inexpensive place to stay.
They are charging the same amount as an " All Inclusive " without food, entertainment or a renter car.
No, this is not a good value for an Airbnb.
Its better if they put it on "Long term furnished rental " to a family moving to Jamaica or on a work permit.
It's still a beautiful home but not a good value for Airbnb customers.
Not sure where you are getting your information from but A recent Airbnb survey indicated guest want and appreciate great aesthetics something that stands out from the crowd.

Lot’s of exposure for this property recently.
They are desperate probably not renting at 236 per night. Sandals charges the same and it's all Inclusive.

True, it's not a good value when All inclusive hotels in the area charging the same. Food and entertainment is not offered here but they are charging hotel prices. You still need a car to get around.

its not aimed at broke pple like you nor jamaicans rather. its for tourist who clearly do have the money. always remember there are two completely diferent living experiences in jamaica. you have the lives of the rich and the poor .

The spelling is actually "L-O-S-E" I'm L-O-S-I-N-G my mind seeing the incorrect usage of L-O-O-S-E as opposed to L-O-S-E. Two different words, two different meanings!
