Places I view on your channel are very nice…hope one day to be able to buy a property. However, the use of the phrase “helper’s quarters’ sound so back in the enslaved era. Change phrase to, “housekeeper live-in space” or “house staff suite,” make he/she feels comfortable and part of the family he/she will be taking care of 😊😊
400k in America depends on location. Also most houses would be made of wood or prefab material which would account for 400k. Come to mobay and the 400k can get you land only
Wonderful property … but ! For US$1.1M ALL the closets should be walk-ins. Not saying they all have to be the size of the “owners suite”. Please builders do something about those apartment style closets, especially those mirrored ones !!!
Nice house...but not a million dollar house. I guess one is paying a super premium for the location. Rooms are too small...no bath tub...balconies and pool tiny. Kitchen kinda small with pretty basic looking features ...instead of quartz for a million i expect granite and at least a fridge and gas range and some better light fixtures. If you have kids or elderly parent its quite a challenge with all the up and down from floor to floor. And u basically have not much garden space. Privacy wise you pay a Million USD to have neighbors windows looking into you. I dont know...now for me. Maybe for US$600k.

The views and outside were nice, liked the kitchen, liked 3rd floor, the everything room, possible office space and the master bedroom/closet. You are paying for the location and gated community which I understand the price to that extent but as earlier stated its not a practical home per se if one is look at it as a forever home- retirees, families. Take care, I hope to win a US$1.15 mil lottery, but I know for sure that I will not be buying a house like that.
You have a pleasant demeanor and the narrative flows naturally. The properties are attractive. Get someone to vet your pronunciation as it tends to detract from the otherwise professional nature of your content. Continue to shine in your endeavors. Your outfits are gorgeous.
Thank you Peter.
Come on man its the Jamaican English accent ,.even with college..education the average Jamaican struggle to speak perfect English
@@royexcellentalexander8308 Jamaicans have excelled at athletics, cultural pursuits and in the Spelling Bee. To name but a few areas. Never you subscribe to the white supremacist argument that we can't excel at using a standard tongue. Keep that defeatist attitude to yourself. Let us continue to shine in all spheres both at home and abroad.
@@peterbradshaw8018 lm not denying your view about our accomplishments and what directions we should take.but be in the real Jamaican society.how many Jamaican practice speaking correct grammar every day ?we speak two different languages, and one is more dominant than the other...thank God you excel above the rest.
@@royexcellentalexander8308 I understand the reality of the situation only too well. The competence in Mathematics is also low. Without a high level of fluency in the disciplines of mathematics and a standard language we will never advance. The general intelligence of the population is in need of improvement. If not we are all dead ducks. Hewers of wood and drawers of water will be our everlasting fate if an improvement is not made. That is the real of the world in which we live.
Upon up it a good look or bigup ja uponup
Fran, Hello, but GRANITE would ALWAYS BE MY,VERY LAST CHOICE, YOUreally like to WORK on a counter top, at LEAST quartz DOES NOT STAIN .I think ALL the QUARTZ you may have seen was just PLAIN WHITE ,however there several QUARTZ COMPANIES whom make it looking like whatever you probably want to have, Happy New Year. CHERIO,🇬🇧🇯🇲🇯🇲🇺🇸🇺🇸
I'm an agent. Granite has much more worth than quartz. We call quartz the poor man's granite but it's nice. The price is definitely too much. I just sold a property for 720k in a place called Dix Hills. Look up those and compare size and details. But ppl will always buy. I'm just looking at details, materials used. Location is great though. Professional assessment.
@@franchin5241 hi,sorry to blow you away, but far too many stone merchants & companies that WILL NEVER USE GRANITE , UNLESS THAT CUSTOMER INSISTS ON IT,FAR TOO MUCH CRAP MAINTAINING GRANITE,ALSO WILL NOT GURANTEE AGAINST STAINS, YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE NEVER SEEN SILSTONE, or other quartz patterns,🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@flybyairplane3528 I sell New York homes lady. No comparison. Granite is heat resistant and here w have special creams for stains. I'm not new to this. My 700k homes would make this overpriced home pale. Listen and learn. That's the only way to be great. Larger market, stricter standards more at our disposal. Call it as I see it. Overpriced! Poorly done! Cheap materials. Never show an incomplete property and always stage before showing. Constructive criticism. Good luck. No blow away on your part only inexperience.
@@franchin5241 I PERSONALLY KNOW OF 5 PEOPLE WHOOM,REMOVED GRANITE,3 IN NJ& 2 in FLORIDA, I HAD NEVER EVER HEARD OF SPECIAL CREAMS FOR STAINS,GRANITE SUCKS,🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@flybyairplane3528 you've got a bit to learn . Be humble and be enlightened. If you are not guided you'll continue to boo boo and show unstaged and incomplete edifices.. check out the architect's advice as well.. You just don't know. I have those creams in my own home which youu've never heard about and they don't block stains but stain proof the material.. Anyone who changes out granite for quartz is uneducated about the qualities of the 2 materials. I would love to speak to those people. Quartz is the poor man's granite. Granite is a major selling tool. Your Inexperience is showing again. Master your craft. Do research and training often.. Again good luck. Just 33 years of experience trying to help you out but you have taken umbrage. Have a good one. If it weren't so pathetic I would laugh. You shouldn't be arrogant in this business . Not a good start.
Is it Matalon, Issa, and foreign celebrities the target market for these homes? Obviously, the average man cannot forked out US1M whether inside or outside Jamaica to buy one of these.
Why are the bathrooms so smalll
and the rooms
I don't now but I don't think that house wrote million us dollars it is big yes but it don't have no characters it should have furniture in the house and look more enticing for you to love it
Places I view on your channel are very nice…hope one day to be able to buy a property. However, the use of the phrase “helper’s quarters’ sound so back in the enslaved era. Change phrase to, “housekeeper live-in space” or “house staff suite,” make he/she feels comfortable and part of the family he/she will be taking care of 😊😊
Where are the appliances.
This house is not worth 1.5 mil USD
That price I can build 12 units two bedroom units . Definitely overprice
This house in the US might sell for $400,000 no way is it worth $1.1 million, not even close.
HA!
Exactly
400k in America depends on location. Also most houses would be made of wood or prefab material which would account for 400k. Come to mobay and the 400k can get you land only
Right, this is wayyy over priced.
in the US where? lol this house in houston is at least 700k+ and we are considered "cheap"
Wonderful property … but ! For US$1.1M ALL the closets should be walk-ins. Not saying they all have to be the size of the “owners suite”. Please builders do something about those apartment style closets, especially those mirrored ones !!!
That one that is sold, who bought it, one of those
crooked politicians, or rock star?
🇯🇲😳😯😍😍😍
Almost $200m JMD for a townhouse. Thats crazy sorry to say.
