    Even if ginger and black pepper don't improve your longevity they will certainly improve the taste of your cooked dish , especially if you add also turmeric, like most Moroccans do (half tespoon each)😊

    Thanks for this, Vince. Are you wearing an Oura ring? If so, how do you like it? Do you deem it accurate?

      It is the Ultrahuman ring, it has so much more than the Mi Bands. I am still finding data to review, some data takes 7 days to set a baseline, so I am still locked out at the moment. Most of the reviews that I have seen, when compared to the Oura ring and Whoop, have been very favorable. I'm still waiting for the Quantified Scientist to review it.
