Hi Lisa! My favorite blush formula as well! Don't have to be careful, it just melts in imperceptibly. All the colors look great on you. I might have to try the Poppet; not a color I'd buy but after seeing it on you, it does look great as a brightening spot on top of a tamer color! I do think the brush helps even everything together. Hi Lisa, Thanks for reviewing WA again. I love the brand and have many of their products. I also don't care for the Liquid super loaded as I don't like the scent. Smells like cake to me. I really wanted to like the new lipstick, but it is drying, and it feels like I put some thin powder on my lips. Would you recommend Merit's lipsticks? They have yet to ship to Europe, but I'm holding out hope that they will. I heard great things about their lipsticks. Oh, and I'm also very annoyed with Westman promising refills for years, but there still aren't any.
I love Merit's lipsticks so much! They actually have a brand new shade, called Ginger (which they are doing a collaboration with Grace Coddington on), and so I probably will do a new get ready with me video with Merit products featuring that. It is very sad that that line is not in Europe yet! The Merit lipsticks do seem to me very similar to the Lisa Eldridge lipsticks (I suspect that they were heavily inspired by them), but they are more affordable and in their own way just as nice. @@anafeller4069 Violette FR offers several shades of tinted lip balms, which I discussed in this video. They are in the fairly unusual category of matte lip balms, which makes them similar to the Glossier Gen G lipsticks and the Nars Soft Matte Tinted Lip Balms (and much different than either of the Merit lipstick formulas). They have just a moderate level of pigment and feel much drier than either of the Merit lipstick formulas, both of which are quite moisturizing to my lips. The Violette FR lip balms also have a lot of vanillin in them, which has been an additional deterrent to my using them. At one point they did sets with various colors of the mini blushes along with a lip gloss at a special price, and so I got a few mini shades that way. But it is looking like the only mini that is available now is the Petal one. I do feel that the one downside of these is that they don't last as long on my face as powder blushes or some cream blushes (such as Honest Beauty or Victoria Beckham). It helps a lot if I put down a primer like the Ilia Base Face Milk first though. I feel like they work well with powder and that they have been fine for me either under or over powder products. Please report back on what you think of it if you get one! ❤

I’m just rewatching this video, because of the cute green box mini gift set (petal, poppet and Mimi) and I just bought it after looking at the shades you demonstrated. Thank you so much! Since I’m pale with cool undertones I know I love poppet (had it in full size once), but wasn’t sure of the others. Petal will be great, I’m sure. Mimi I’m not sure. How do yours last? I threw my poppet out after 18 months, but I hope to keep them longer this time. I’m planning to maybe keep them in the fridge. How do you store them?
Oh, good, I'm glad this was helpful! There is another set with a new mini blush shade, a new mini highlighter shade and a mini mascara that WA is also offering, and so I did order that with the intention of including it in a video (along with a review of their concealer), so watch for that one soon. I think that I have had some of these blush sticks and highlighter sticks for more than 3 years and they still are all feeling good to me. I just have them in our climate-controlled house (generally 70-75 degrees), not in the bathroom, not a humid climate, never in the refrigerator. Upon reflection, I can't think of any Westman Atelier products that have gone bad on me yet. That is undoubtedly part of the reason that i have been motivated to keep buying from them, I'm sure! 💗
