The Langdon Tactical Beretta feels like everything we've wanted the standard 92 to be, for years. This is one of the nicest worked-over service pistols we've had a chance to shoot with cleaned and rounded edges, superior sights, a slimmer grip, worked on trigger, etc. Today you're seeing our first shots through this blaster, and the genuine reaction we had to getting to try it out.

As a proud 92 Stock owner the 92 "revival" of the last years makes me happy. Great video as always. Cheers from Germany.
Bought a CZ-75B instead............... Never regretted it even once. That said A 92 variant with the turd polished out is starting to appeal to me.
@@AKlover cool story bro
A other 92 stock owner, there aren't many out there. I am guessing you are not in the US, because i believe the stock was Europe only. I have had my 92 stock for 21 years it was my first gun, still running very well after around 50.000 rounds true it. Great gun.
armando bizzotto Yep, an absolute dream gun. Like I mentioned above, I‘m from Germany. Bought mine ten years ago NIB from a private collector. Barely shot it at all, prefer something used for the range. How is your bushing holding up?
No problem with the bushing just had one thing and that was the tilting block broke at around 17000 rounds, the new improved one has been going strong for 33000 rounds.
The 92 LTT is a damn nice value for the price they're asking! Props to them for keeping it obtainable.
Beretta is love, Beretta is life.
Josh, it is frightening to think what you could have shot, if you were actually a fan 🤣
It goes to show the quality of the machinery here...this is 3rd place on the leader-boards for pistols...only losing out so far to the Race 2011 from Atlas, and my personal production division CZ Shadow that I have thousands of rounds on.
@@9HoleReviews I think you just sold me a Beretta LTT.
@@9HoleReviews I'd like to get one, but uh...It's not legal here. Man fuck this place.
*Cries in Californian*
Yeah, this state sucks. If you want something similar just send s Beretta 92 to Langdon and they can probably help you out. Don’t think they can change the sights though, unfortunately.
You guys can't have one with the optional 10rnd mags?!
@@whiskeyactual. Nope! Because it's not on the Approved California Handgun Roster. Basically gun control with more steps.
WhiskeyActual No, California has a roster of guns you can buy. Unless you’re law enforcement you can’t buy them. We don’t have any new handguns (other than revolvers) that have come out since 2013.
No sympathy or pity here....................... MOVE!!!! ..........AND DON'T BRING ANY FUCKING COMMIES WITH YOU!!!!
My favorite full size gun at this time, by a large margin! So much so that I just picked up the Elite LTT compact with the trigger job. The 92 series has been revitalized and is amazing!
We've had our eyes on that compact when they announced...looks awesome.
Watching this video holding my own Beretta M9 in hand - priceless! Great, as always, guys!
I keep hearing great things about this pistol
These videos are amazing. Showing the hits in real time, the CoF and the targets at the end is such a great way to present these videos. Please do more of these with other pistols
I just love how you subtly include all the pertinent info one might thinking of.
Linus Tech Tips Beretta?! hahaha just kidding... Sweet gun
Have 5 Beretta firearms. 4 pistols and one carbine. Love them all.
I packed a beretta for a while and hated it. Everything I hated about it they seemed to have fixed. I got to hold one of these and it was fantastic.
Thanks guys, I have few certainties, but the Beretta 92 is one of these, and you've confirmed it
Josh and Henry, I would like to see how the Cz Bren2 in 7.62x39 with an 11inch barrel can do in the practical accuracy, if you guy's can't get a hold of 1 then I would be more than happy to lend y'all mine
if you have one why dont you just see for yourself?
@@carl-ok9gn I work 6 days a week 12-14hrs a day and I would have to drive 3hrs to a range that has over 100yrds to shoot at
@@WalterWhite-gw3vm that's a terrible excuse.
Yeah I know but all I have is 1-100yrd and 2-30yrd ranges I can shoot at and I will say that the Bren2 in 762x39 at 100yrds groups on average 2-1/4 and that's with commercial Hornady brass, the Golden Tiger shoots the best out of steel case with ave 2.875 group, but I'm no marksman and I would like to see what it can do in the hands of 1
I’ve seen this gun tested by a few of my favorite youtubers and I really want one
Actually moving targets might be a good idea for future CQ videos. Seems like a good test of ergonomics, weight, weight distribution and sight speed/clarity.
the one Beretta to rule them all!
Seriously.
This just makes me want to send my 92a1 into LTT more
it’s a shame how difficult it is to get proper holsters for railed 92s
Especially anything iwb
I have ho agree, i could't find and holster for the 92a1 frame (i think it's the same for the new 92x).
Ga Stone you can find them they’re slowly becoming more and more common but you have to look outside the usual suspects
Came back from bear camp at just the right time! Been looking at different handguns to add to my arsenal, as the only one I own right now is a compact so definitely looking for a full sized guy.
Very nice! I never handled the Langdon Tactical 92s, but I can only assume it's smooth. haha
Can't wait to see what's in store after Thanksgiving! I have a feeling the MP5 is going to make a nice intro into the coming Christmas season haha.
Ya'll have a great Thanksgiving. Embrace that food coma while you can. \m/
I just love the's vids, great stuff keep it up.
The king of pistols
I have one on order...... Cant wait... this week.... OMG..... great review.. Cant wait..... :)
I betcha you can't wait....lol
You can still see the slide bite from the Walther and the Mak lmao
I shot that LTT early, it is really a sweet pistol.
hey guys , i know its still new , but i wish there were more of this series of videos , esp the comments after about ergonomics and comfort.
I'm a 💯 Berreta Fan. Always will.
You should do a P1. I heard from a few older guys they liked it more than the P8.
When are y’all gonna do the Sig M17
I pimped mine out with a all steel replacement parts kit and a wilson combat custom tune spring kit. A pair of slim g10 grips and a few other things. I'd like to shoot that one just to compare. I bet it cost twice as much and isn't THAT much better. Just my supposition...
I think these go for just a touch under 1K at list price. Honestly, this is a lot of gun for 1K in our opinion.
You'd be surprised, the "production" version costs a grand, add a Langdon Trigger Job (words can't describe how nice it is, the 'standard' model feels about the same as an M9A3) and you're still a touch under 1200 at sticker price. Given Ernest's own experience with Berettas (he was brought in to teach the Wilson Combat guys how to work 92s) that's a steal.
You can buy Langdon's trigger job in a bag for around $150 if you're comfy installing it yourself. It makes a world of difference from everything that Wilson combat has to offer. Not sure how it stacks up to this, but I'll bet it's close
Please do a practical accuracy on an SKS.
literally just watched something on these and you make a video. If you ever get your hands on a Benelli B76 i'd love to see a video.
Actually if you pull back and release the slide on a g model and hit the decocker, it will stay cocked. The decocker pops back up well before slide returns to battery.
I was checking out a gunsmith yesterday and I got to touch someone’s sweet side folding AK SBR in 5.56.
This man knows.
Yeah, I was at 19 Charlie Tactical’s place at Texas Star shooting range.
Bravo les gars 👍🇫🇷
This has nothing to do with the video, but do y’all plan or can I suggest coming out with a “traditional” vertical grip, I love y’all’s rail panels and the overall design of the hand stop, but had to switch to a BCM grip for my big meaty claws.
Also would love to see you guys do a vid with both a 5.56 & 7.62 Larue rifle.
Uploading 2 videos per week now?! Im okay with that :D
Thanksgiving this week, so, we figured we'd drop this one a little early :)
Next vid will be a big one after the Holiday.
Been hearing a lot of good things about the Langdon mods. I tend to prefer the decock only myself (S&W made some that way too). Beretta made it standard on the G model for French police (assumedly G stands for Gendarmerie). The French chose it because of experiences with their previous M1950 pistol. Proof positive that the great JMB knew what he was doing when he located the 1911 safety. Keep the slide slick. I was dond of the 92D Centurion i had, for the slick slide and the slightly smoother trigger (no cocking notches for the sear to slide in and out of).
(irc) JMB didn't make the guns with safeties at first. The customers asked for the safeties and he added them were he could, on the outside. The only place to put it without changing the internals.
@@gurugoguzhanson That is correct with the 1911 i think. The horse cavalry was still a thing in 1909-10, so the US Army requested the addition of a grip safety, since the pistol would often be manipulated near a horse's head. Ithink it always had a thumb safety. I can't remember if the antecedents like the Colt 1905 did. One which did not was the Soviet TT-33 (the Tokarev), which was heavily influenced by the 1911. It only had a half cock notch for the hammer. Assumedly it was carried chamber empty. It also had feed lips machined into the frame, making magazines less dimensionally critical. Mag feed lips are a major weak point and are easily damaged in combat conditions. The fire control assembly also cones out as a unit when field stripping. Pretty innovative
Can you guys do the sig m17? I’d like to see how it compares.
You guys plan on showing off a 92x?
This is my number one bucket gun at the moment....super affordable too, and for the money it's a bargain!
SKS next!!!
Beretta s just work.
Nice
I'd probably be tossed out bodily for even mentioning it, but I wonder about Langdon magic on a Taurus PT92C.
Honestly I prefer the Taurus' frame safety over the Beretta's slide safety
Same here. I had both, and let the Beretta go.
Great shoot!any chance go for a FN57?
Do an SKS!!!!
I guess all the gun channels are getting the LTT I'm still rocking my custom M9
Me too. Josh has the gucci. -Henry
I wonder how the 92x performance will fair.
That’s one I really want to shoot
Yeeeeesssssssss!!!
What difgerent between just beretta and beretta elite ?
Where is sks???
Do a gucci Glock next
What holster are you using?
LTT did it right. Doesn’t really compare to a normal 92 series gun.
I'd love to see the a full-on Wilson 92G against this.
And I guess I'm the only one who likes the standard grips on the 92... Then again, I like the old-school fat grips on the P226 way more than the newer E2 style.
I’ve shot both. I like the Langdon better. Pretty sure the Wilson was the brigadier with the vertex frame. This gun feels better to me
LTT is better
But can you shoot it out to 500?
Get Jerry miculek to do a guest appearance.
Not exactly an M9, but this is close enough
Hear me out.
Remington R51 Practical Accuracy.
Lets make it happen. lol!
Where are the shorts today josh??
They're on - Henry just didn't film below the thigh
9-Hole Reviews 😂 Happy holidays to y’all!
Excuse my ignorance but what kind of targets are those?
VZ58 when
I'mfastasfuckboi! LOVE M9's; have a WC but haven't tried an LTT yet; looking at their Compact. Awesome stuff as always gents
What holster is that?
Comptac
Linus tech tips!?!?!?
Whats the holster you guys are using?
This one is one of the comp-tacs if I remember correctly.
@@9HoleReviews thanks, love the content
All alphas Josh yeah obviously its an Alpha Gun. Great shooting and analysis.
i would love to hobbied practical with this
So, better than the issue 92 in .40 s&w ex-bro-in-law had to use when a deputy? (DAO 13.5# trigger)
No, really, we measured it. Thirteen and one half pounds of pull needed to make the bang switch work.
His nightmares were of being face to face with a shooter and not being able to pull the effin thing.
They’re not that bad, but hey I grew up shooting revolvers. I could see how someone would have trouble with that trigger pull, especially if they’re used to striker fired or single action guns.
@@arieheath7773 yeah, Navy SP trained used to a 1911.
1:27
But you did not get the coated internals . . . Oh you have missed the mark there my friends. It is a real thing.
L33T
One charlie just because Josh pull the trigger too fast on second shot
I'm actually pretty sure it was the first shot as I was coming across the target. - Josh
😂😂 obviously
How about running a slightly tweaked Glock versus and "Uber-Douche" Glock???? Night sights, spring kit, and minor polishing, say $200 upgrade limit versus a $2000+ uber-douche Glock.
Virginia Beach Dec 3 discussion on becoming a second amendment santuary in response to anti-gun legislation at the state level city council meeting 6pm please mention it to everyone
"mfg. United States"
isn't it supposed to be Italy?
No, the new berettas are made here. The finish isn’t as nice, but damn if the internals aren’t twice as smooth.
Please The AI AI AI AI .
This really is dependent on the shooter lol
The last time I was this early to a video Epstein didn't kill himself.
Sorry - obvious joke is obvious: I'll see myself out.
This is America. Nobody knows how far 35 meters is. That’s why we use Yards.
Looks like a cheap airpistol
Then you’ve never handled one. The damn things are solid, and they cycle smooth as glass.
You'd have the same results, from any practical standpoint, with a Glock. The "LTT Elite" is a waste of money.
Interesting...seeing how we've shot a wide variety of guns on the course at this point, we can go back and look through the scores to see how they performed as a means to see if the data aligns with your statement.
As mentioned, this was shot within the first 25 rounds of taking the LTT from the box...and I was able to put up a better score than with a Glock17 that I have thousands of rounds on. That's not a coincidence and seems rather telling. - Josh
“Doesn’t feel like a Beretta.” Really? I don’t think you know what you’re talking about.
You mean the USPSA grand master class shooter who puts 50k-80k rounds down range annually with pistols?
We’d love to learn from you, tag us when you post your beretta video.
@@9HoleReviews LOL! I speak from combat experience, mate. Not “master class” pretend bullshit. My targets moved and shot back. Good day, sir.
