I am not scared of the cold, I hate the heat. I have always wanted to live in Alaska. Great to see you getting booked and getting time to free your mind a bit.
YT just showed this in my feed!

Alaska isn’t as cold as most people think. Or rather it can be (northern inland parts of the state get brutal) but if you live along the southern coast it’s actually not as cold as many of the northern states in the US as the ocean keeps temperatures moderate. I like nice weather (sunny and 60-70) but I’m not much for extreme heat (above 85 and I start to melt.) I live in Juneau and it’s small (30k people) and off the road system. Anchorage is over 300k people and has a pretty healthy production community. If you were ever to come to Alaska, that’s the place to go as a freelancer as there is a lot more production work in Anchorage.

Enjoyed your video. Do you use the Lav Mic’s that come with the kit from Sony or something else? I know they were rentals but sounded nice. Thanks for letting us tag along with you.

I used the lav mics that came with the kit. You can change them out but if you do just make sure you get the same size connection. Some look the same but have too long or too short of a connection to screw in to the Sony transmitter. Thanks for watching!
