2 lbs beef (ribeye)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 lemons juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp clove
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste (2-3 tsp)
Tahini sauce:
1 cup yogurt
1/2-3/4 cup sesame paste
1 lemon
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
1 white onion
Chopped parsley
Pickles
Pickled turnips
Tomatoes
French fries
4 loaves pita

I am just wondering where you find your pickles! I can get the turnips at a local shop here but I can't ever find the pickles! I used to work at a Lebanese restaurant and I've been looking for them ever since. It seems I can only find them on Amazon and they are pretty pricey. Which is fine, I know they are an imported food.
Best pita bread for me is this very very thin pita bread that can be easily split in half. Markouk is also good though
