Dominican salami is great, especially if you fry it for mangu con los tres golpes. It's essentially mashed plantains served with a fried egg, fried salami and a special cheese made for frying.
Bilal, have you ever had a Reuben sandwich? You would love it! The problem with beef salami is that they don't even TRY to make it taste good like Genoa Salami (wine cured with garlic and peppercorns). It can be done!

You need London Broil Roast Beef, and get it from somewhere good, every place and deli does their meats and seasons them differently. Basic Roast Beef is boring because where they make roast beef is usually a Top Round or Bottom Round, cheap meats, and then its roasted or smoked. I've noticed London Broil is a very good vers of the Top Round for Roast Beef but you have to make sure the place that does it, seasons it very well, but not overpowering. One of the main things about a properly cooked Roast Beef is that the flavor OF the meat itself is what really creates the sandwhich, but it doesn't matter if its underseasoned or overseasoned.
Gully you must try this, make a paratha and then deep fried some chicken nuggets and put them in the paratha and make it into the burrito, it is the perfect combo
Italian salami is the GOAT my guy, I highly recommend dying to find one, a high quality one It’s Smokey, gamey(in a good sense) it has an amazing chew, and really well seasoned

Kosher meat is basically halal but with more restrictions but you have to triple check because sometimes they don’t care and don’t say Bismillah(in the name of God)
Not to flex but I'm from New York City so I know a thing or 2 about meats. Pause. Jokes aside, pastrami, corned beef, salami and prosciutto are honestly the best. Gully I understand you can't have prosciutto and I respect it but that in my opinion is the best. Also the roast beef is almost always a rib roast. I'd much rather have it as steak from the roast itself but still good.
