Mark mork is a main guitarist but i respect the cap boy as well
They really do seem to be polar opposites. Mark picking looks so relaxed but his fingering hand looks so frantic, Willie's picking hand looks oddly strained, but his fingering hand is just effortless. But, they are clean as hell.

Watching Willie play anything makes me question every decision about hand posture I've ever made, guy looks like he's making shadow puppets or something
He’s highly made fun of because of his hand posture but hell he gets the job done and is one of the greatest metal guitarists out there. Marty Friedman and Kirk Hammett also have weird hand postures

This song is one of the toughest motherfuckers to pull out. Those riffs at that tempo make you feel like you're playing a guitar solo throughout the whole song. So fun to play!

Willie: Crazy picking hand, guitar at a 90 degree angle, flawless playing, book reading facial expression.
The thing I love about LOG is they can play all of these fast riffs, some of them a bit complex at times but its never lost on the song. Everything fits together like a puzzle piece, drums, bass, vox, and guitars.
What's more interesting than how Willie holds a pick (that's old news) is that Willie's hands look in pain but his face and body are totally serene and focused. Mark's hands look natural and fluid, but his body and face are putting so much into it. I would have expected the opposite. Love both these guys and their playing. They each bring such unique flavors and textures to LoG.
He said that his technique will give him arthritis.
Willie and Mark both played a huge influence on my guitar playing. I love their style and love that it is something that's very complicated to learn lol

They make it look harder than it is. Most LOG are pretty easy for someone who's been playing for a little while.
