    This was great, and quite difficult to do in a relaxed way for me. I got a huge release all through my sternum. Thanks for explaining in detail.

    2 things that have helped me thru my recovery are Humming and Hanging out in the Sun thru my bedroom window - so while I'm doing your exercises I'm in the Sun somewhere and Humming when I hit a tight spot, most of the time - which actually works and I extended farther! - The Humming Effect book peace

    I’ve been a manual wheelchair user for 26 yrs due to a T5 spinal cord injury. Despite fusion and sitting, I am trying this! I work out but my posture is all forward.

      Yes you can absolutely do this even in a wheelchair. Do our Tongue videos and I think you will see a change in your flexion forward pattern. Tongue works the brainstem to help extensor tone

    Hello 👋
    This maybe off topic .. but in my right knee
    “it feels like” someone has filled it with a gel like substance .. or it’s a weird numbing feeling. Maybe a heavy fluid but it’s not puffy. My ankle can hold fluid at totally Random times ..I can’t explain this any other way. Nor have I found anything that sounds the same..
    I’m on my feet and walking as much as possible.
    All common reasons aren’t reasons.
    When I lock it back it’s strange feeling.
    The inside of leg 🦵 at knee feels puffy but it’s same on other-side .
    I noticed when I went to buy new shoes my foot went a different direction than I’ve ever noticed .
    From hip to knee it’s feeling twisted more inwards , then knee to foot with my foot firmly planted .. It’s easy to twist my right leg outwards almost without moving foot.
    Oh like double jointed feeling. Mum had this with her arms🤨.
    I’m following you as much as possible to figure it out and chiro. But it just goes back to this stage after I walk after adjustment.
    Other than X-rays or something like that .. I can’t find anyone who gets what I’m talking about.
    The calves feel super tight .
    ( wish my thighs were as tight as calves .😏)
    It’s not hurting it’s very uncomfortable as it’s not normal.
    I notice veins have started to happen.
    I get pins and needles in arms when I sleep. I’ve tried so many different ways to sleep . I’ve had a lot of past traumas hit me again ,issues around allowing myself to lay in bed to sleep. Otherwise I find myself asleep standing. It’s horrible.
    Would it be better to get neck and right leg and hips x-Rays 🩻. I try to avoid that stuff as much as possible. Mainly coz I have panick attacks leaving my house during the day time.
    I feel like I e been left here out of mind out of site . With not a lot of any support or help.
    I freeze up when I’m desperately wanting help..
    pls can u help me?

    I used to be so different to this . The opposite even.. 2 - 2017-2023worst years ..
    Gave all of myself away to help others . Feels like they stood on me to get up..
    now I’m stuck alone and really scared ..
    thank you for all ur videos .. I watch them each day to try and help myself..
    self worth is struggling along with no love coming in.. babies can die without love, so can adults so I heard..
    I’ve done blood tests etc. dr says nothing showing.
    Coz mum died of cancer and kidney failure.
    So I was checked over.
    I live by night . I hate it..

    I started the big 6 learning .
    Just the checking before working them..
