Following your videos dr Perry. Can you do a comprehensive dive into your whole health journey. You have mentioned discovering lymphatics which helped your healing journey. Did you also change your diet ?
The diaphragm is a muscle that contracts... GAME CHANGING statement. That should make everyone think about how they breathe and how it radiates out through the abdomen ... I'm trying to keep my mother focusing on this type of breathing as she is bedridden with spinal fractures and always has big tension issues in the sweet spot you mentioned ... as always, props to the altruist Doc! x
Thank you for all the details, diagrams, emphasis on how things connect, points that need special attention etc, etc that you pack into your videos. It must take a lot of time but it’s worth it. You are bringing understanding to your viewers in fascinating 3D clarity. Huge admiration coming at you from California for the help you’ve brought me. 👏🏼
In Kundalini yoga we call it breath of fire. Approximately 4 inhale /exhales per 5 seconds through the nose pumping the navel.. truly miraculous and transformational on many levels. Awesome video once again 🌞 Thanks for sharing
Thank you for teaching me to understand my body ♥️ Could do a video about the neck and the importance of it in relation to ones health? My C2 is rotated to the left 90 degrees. I have big health issues fx Long covid, histamine intolerance, endometriosis etc
Great, although I've just started, so I have to see if it works, but for now it feels very good! It's actually the same spot that is also playing up when I enter the pool. My body can have quite some cold water, but that spot always screams out "no, no, no!!!❄️" So what I found out is that when I put my warm hands tight on that spot and I step calmly into the water, and down the stairs, that spot is taking it much easier. Only when I'm completely submerged into the water I slowly take away the hand below and then the other hand. Ever since, I have no problem getting into (cold) water😊
Love a fit looking doctor. Adds credibility. Keep up the good work!
Much appreciated! Thank you. Not too bad for 58 lol

Listen to your body and go easy for sure
Thank you for a great job. Can this breathing technique help bone strength for osteoporosis?
Breathing helps everything. Strength training is best for bone strength
Can this be done with a umbilical cord hernia? Its similar to the kapalbhatti in yoga which is not allowed in cases of hernia. thanks
Not recommended no. You can use vibration balls instead.
Thoracic diaphragm? Is there another diaphragm in the body I don’t know about?
Yes there are seven. Osteopathic principle. Diaphragms control pressure. You have a cervical one that is sibson's fascia.
