- It's been a crazy last few days! After finally revealing to you guys that I had an EK9 Civic Type R here in Japan the entire time, I went and explained the reasons why it no longer existed. It was a terrible accident and thankfully everyone came out unscathed. Sure I was bummed about it, but Yasu and I tend to view things pretty positively most of the time so I knew we'd find a way to turn this awful ordeal around. Our good friend Shogo offered us a bare Civic Type R chassis and the gears were then set into motion to make it an entire build that would debuted at the 2024 Wekfest Japan event. In this episode, you'll get to see the N1 chassis come out of the shop for the first time after it was completed and I give you some detailed information on exactly what parts were chosen along with an explanation of why.

Incredible how it all came together in such a short period of time with all the setbacks. Yasu and his team are crazy good at what they do! Your taste and selection of parts is so unique, but it's almost fairy tale like how it all came together from different vehicles. Congrats man! 2024 and Joey has 2 Civic Type R's to drive!

In Australia we call it Milano Pink instead of Milano Red because of how it's known to fade.
So excited for you getting an EK9! Not to dog on any of the newer ones, but the first CTR is still the best CTR after all these generations.
Fun Fact, they tried to do the "N1 Race car" options for the first generation Scion TC in the US but the program didn't have any real sales.

damn joey !! love the car , its crazy because the same shit the TEs did happened to me wheel was fucked but luckily for me the car was saved fucked up finder bent door and broken hasport mount. but that's a hell of a build that flame red and the red clear on the mirrors look great I'm jealous. keep it up bud you always seem to surprise us with something new or special 👌👍 the look on Davids face was priceless you can tell deep down he fucked up lol

The Honda show scene reminds me of the Volkswagen show scene. A lot of similarities with car execution in terms of cleanliness. I think the difference is that you can take Hondas out on track and they're actually fun to drive lol
