  • This workout is a combination of 5 muscle groups.Each cycle consist of 5 exercises 40 sec work 20 sec rest and a minute break in between each cycle.We gonna finish off the workout with 1 minute Finisher to get those muscles burning, build strength and performance!
    If you do need additional rest please take it, but limit those extra rests to obtain the best results.
    Dumbbells of your choice.
