    Hey yogis, I filmed this quick glutes & balance yoga flow while visiting Florida and I think you're going to like it! This is an intermediate practice that will take you through poses like Warrior 3, standing splits, chair variations, pigeon, crescent lunge and eagle pose.
    All of the flows will help you tone and strengthen your lower body, specifically the glutes. We'll also play with balance poses that have you standing on one leg which is a great way to strengthen your legs.
    I did this pose on the beach so I didn't have any props, but you might want to have 2 blocks close by for poses like standing splits. I'm also ending this practice in a short meditation instead of savasana to make it perfect for a quick morning flow.

    WHEW GIRL! THIS GOT ME TOGETHER REAL GOOD. 😮 I can't believe I've never dine this video because I've been following you for longer than when it came out. There are things in here that I've never done before! And a lot of modifications and transitions that don't come up very often. I think you could turn this into a new practice and it wiuld be a hit!

    This was so SO tough for me. I had to take a lot of breaks, but I got through it! Just shows me that I need to work a bit more on balance and single leg strength. Thank you, Kassandra 🙏

    Okay, my thighs/glutes are SHAKING. For most of your balance flows, it seems you start with a right standing leg and then move to the left second. I wonder if you'd ever consider reversing that in a video? My right leg is much stronger than my left, so I always love to do the left first so that I can know that the next will be easier, haha. But yeah, it'd just be a simple way to mix it up? Anyway, loved this one and I loved the background! It was stormy and steely but you were so calm and peaceful--feels very metaphorical to what our yoga practices can be for us. Much love, Kassandra!

    Day 3 of spring challenge:I sucked at this one, balance in motion is my weakness in yoga, but I learnt some asanas and variations that I love. I will do some yin yoga to relax and find back some confidence and come back to this video in an hour, just doing some poses slowly and see what happens. Thank you for sharing

    YEAH - what a great ride!! I love this sequence! Will definitely do that class over and over again :-). The only thing I will change for me is doing a quick warm up before starting the flow.

    Love every practice I do of yours! I prefer a 30 min-60 min class but sometimes with children’s activities, etc. I only have time for 15-20 min. Thanks for having that here. Any chance we could get a few more short flow practices? I LOVE your channel!

    Hi Kassandra. your videos are wonderful and i do one everyday! thank you so much for your hard work! i just wondered if you could possibly do a video to help with leg extensions. i know this must be related to flexibility and strength but im not sure what poses to concentrate on to help get a higher leg in standing splits and three legged dog.

    This is really intense for me, I was shaking while i was trying this and was losing my poses, therefore, i stopped and did the child's pose. I guess my body is not ready for this yet. Or am i overthinking it? I felt uncomfortable. I knew that I should not force myself into any pose. I was into yoga for 3 years and stopped since last year, and I have started again just a few days back. May be because of my discontinuation, i lost my little flexibility and strength which i had. I feel like a beginner again. Now, how to restore this? Should I continue with these poses?

    Hello Kassandra, I am following you for quite a time and I could comment that THIS and probably half of your others training sessions are too fast in transitioning from pose to pose, especially for build-up men. I dont have enough time to concentrate and relax the muscles so I could execute the pose right and with depth. I hope that you see that and think about it. All the best :)
