{768} SMPS not turning ON, no output voltage

In this video number {768} SMPS not turning ON, no output voltage, standby section was fluctuating. i found one SMD diode in VCC section short cirucited
one ceramic capacitor in comparator are short sircuited
gate discharge resistor for PFC section power mosfet was burnt out
track from gate discharge resistor to ground side for PFC section power mosfet was burnt out
