I want to inform people here that you have acquired 70% information from that ebook in this video. People who does not able to purchase that book can get knowledge from this video. I request you Sir to make one video on electronic components testing. I know that one video will not enough for such a huge topic but you can make something related to.

Hello Sir, Apke SMPS ke related videos bohot hi achi aur detailed hoti he. Aur muje bohot pasand aati he. Electronics meri hobby he to muje weekends me hi time milta he. Sir muje ek SMPS supply me issue aa rahi he. Mere pass ek 24v 2amp ki RO SMPS spare me thi jo mene socha ke ek adjustable supply ke tarah use kar saku taki muje kafi project me kaam karne me asani ho. Isliye mene TL431 ke reference pin me 68k ka smd resistor remove kiya aur 50k ka variable resistor lagaya. Shuru me output 20v show hua aur variable adjust karte hi voltage bhi change ho rahe the. Lekin jab mene voltage zyada drop kiye to output voltage stable 10v ho gaye aur fir variable adjust karne ke baad bhi voltage change nahi ho rahe the. Mene primary side pe ek bohot choti smd IC dekhi jiski datasheet bhi available nahi he internet pe. lekin components dekh kar to lag raha he ke ye ek current mode PWM IC he jiski frequency inbuilt hi set he kyuki koi RT/CT nahi he. Sirf 6 pinouts he jo VCC, ground, feedback, current sense aur pwm output lag rahe he. Pehle muje laga ke variable ke karan IC damage ho gayi he to shayad power MOSFET pe voltage drop ho rahe hoge gate pin pe. To mene primary ground aur gate pin pe DC voltage check karne ke liye multimeter probes touch kiye. To switching slow hone lagi aur switching sound bhi sunai dene lagi fir ek time pe itni slow ho gayi ke shayad gate continue on ho gaya hoga aur power MOSFET aur current sense resistor dono short ho gaye. Dono components remove karke continuity check karne pe resistor open aur MOSFET short circuit dikha raha tha. Shayad gate pe frequency aur duty cycle mode me check karne ke bajai mene voltage check kar liye. Mere pass expensive multimeter nahi he aur usme ye functions bhi nahi the. Power MOSFET 8N65 tha aur current sense resistor 0.39 ohm 2 watt ki thi. Shop se muje 8N80 power MOSFET mila lekin current sense resistor nahi mili. Muje kuch doubts he jisme apki help chahiye thi. 1. Mene datasheet check Kiya to 8N80 ka RDS-on 1.5 ohm he jabki 8N65 ka below 1 ohm tha. Pehle se around 50% zyada on resistance he to kya MOSFET pe zyada power loss aur heating issue ayega? Kya ye power MOSFET lagana thik hoga. 2. Bina current sense resistor lagaye agar sense pin ko ground se connect karne pe koi issue to nahi hoga. 3. Kya ek zyada gauge ka copper wire hum current sense ke liye use kar sakte he? jese multimeter me hota he 10A ke liye. 4. Agar original IC kharab hogi to mere pass UC3843 ke kafi IC's he wo me pinouts ko track karke replace kar sakta hu. Lekin muje pata nahi he ke original IC ki kitni frequency he to kya aisi koi common switching frequency he jo mostly use hoti ho SMPS ke liye? IC replace karne par VCC drop karwane hoge kyuki UC3843 ko 7.5 se 8.5v pe operate karna hoga aur muje lagta he ke shayad mene variable karne se pehle VCC voltage check kiye the tab 20v aa rahe the aur aab 10v aa rahe he. Sorry Sir lekin SMPS ki ye halat karne ke baad bhi me isse variable ke tarah use karna chahta hu taki muje expensive bench power supply na Lena pade. ye 48w ki supply kafi he mere liye aur iske components bhi achi quality ke he. Apke SMPS ke related videos bohot hi achi aur detailed hoti he. Aur muje bohot pasand aati he.
Electronics meri hobby he to muje weekends me hi time milta he.
Sir muje ek SMPS supply me issue aa rahi he. Mere pass ek 24v 2amp ki RO SMPS spare me thi jo mene socha ke ek adjustable supply ke tarah use kar saku taki muje kafi project me kaam karne me asani ho.
Isliye mene TL431 ke reference pin me 68k ka smd resistor remove kiya aur 50k ka variable resistor lagaya. Shuru me output 20v show hua aur variable adjust karte hi voltage bhi change ho rahe the. Lekin jab mene voltage zyada drop kiye to output voltage stable 10v ho gaye aur fir variable adjust karne ke baad bhi voltage change nahi ho rahe the.
Mene primary side pe ek bohot choti smd IC dekhi jiski datasheet bhi available nahi he internet pe. lekin components dekh kar to lag raha he ke ye ek current mode PWM IC he jiski frequency inbuilt hi set he kyuki koi RT/CT nahi he. Sirf 6 pinouts he jo VCC, ground, feedback, current sense aur pwm output lag rahe he.
Pehle muje laga ke variable ke karan IC damage ho gayi he to shayad power MOSFET pe voltage drop ho rahe hoge gate pin pe. To mene primary ground aur gate pin pe DC voltage check karne ke liye multimeter probes touch kiye. To switching slow hone lagi aur switching sound bhi sunai dene lagi fir ek time pe itni slow ho gayi ke shayad gate continue on ho gaya hoga aur power MOSFET aur current sense resistor dono short ho gaye. Dono components remove karke continuity check karne pe resistor open aur MOSFET short circuit dikha raha tha.
Shayad gate pe frequency aur duty cycle mode me check karne ke bajai mene voltage check kar liye. Mere pass expensive multimeter nahi he aur usme ye functions bhi nahi the.
Power MOSFET 8N65 tha aur current sense resistor 0.39 ohm 2 watt ki thi.
Shop se muje 8N80 power MOSFET mila lekin current sense resistor nahi mili.
Muje kuch doubts he jisme apki help chahiye thi.
1. Mene datasheet check Kiya to 8N80 ka RDS-on 1.5 ohm he jabki 8N65 ka below 1 ohm tha. Pehle se around 50% zyada on resistance he to kya MOSFET pe zyada power loss aur heating issue ayega? Kya ye power MOSFET lagana thik hoga.
2. Bina current sense resistor lagaye agar sense pin ko ground se connect karne pe koi issue to nahi hoga.
3. Kya ek zyada gauge ka copper wire hum current sense ke liye use kar sakte he? jese multimeter me hota he 10A ke liye.
4. Agar original IC kharab hogi to mere pass UC3843 ke kafi IC's he wo me pinouts ko track karke replace kar sakta hu. Lekin muje pata nahi he ke original IC ki kitni frequency he to kya aisi koi common switching frequency he jo mostly use hoti ho SMPS ke liye? IC replace karne par VCC drop karwane hoge kyuki UC3843 ko 7.5 se 8.5v pe operate karna hoga aur muje lagta he ke shayad mene variable karne se pehle VCC voltage check kiye the tab 20v aa rahe the aur aab 10v aa rahe he.
Sorry Sir lekin SMPS ki ye halat karne ke baad bhi me isse variable ke tarah use karna chahta hu taki muje expensive bench power supply na Lena pade. ye 48w ki supply kafi he mere liye aur iske components bhi achi quality ke he.
